103RD COMMUNITY DEFENSE CENTER, 1ST REGIONAL COMMUNITY DEFENSE GROUP, RESERVE COMMAND, PHILIPPINE ARMY (103 CDC,1st RCDG, RESCOM, PA) SPEARHEADS THE PINNING OF RANKS TO NEWLY ENLISTED RESERVISTS AND AFP’s COMPLAN MULAT
With the end in view of developing civic consciousness and defense preparedness in the Youth, the 103rd Community Defense Center, under the leadership of COL RAMONITO C TABOY FS (GSC) PA, spearheads the Information-Education-Communication (IEC) Campaign on Armed Forces of the Philippines’ Communication Plan MULAT (AFP’s COMPLAN MULAT) at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University-Mid La Union Campus, Catbangen, City of San Fernando, La Union, on 29 March 2025.
COMMODORE JAY T TARRIELA, Spokesperson of Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), the Subject Matter Expert (SME), thoroughly discussed relevant and accurate issues affecting the West Philippine Sea (WPS) to all NSTP students, the Basic and Advanced ROTC Cadets/Cadettes; LTS students and CWTS students, of said academic institution.
Said undertaking provides factual information to ensure that the information directly addresses the topic at hand, allowing for informed decision-making, effective communication, and accurate understanding, while filtering out unnecessary details that could lead to confusion or misinterpretations.
After such 19 Newly Enlisted Reservists of 103rd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (RRIBn) took their oaths as members of Reserve Command (RESCOM), wherein Hon. Raphaelle Veronica Ortega-David, Provincial Governor of La Union and Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS), duly represented by LTC FRANCISCO EMMANUEL “PACOY” R ORTEGA ART PA (RES), extended his warm welcome to the newly-recruited Reservists. He likewise expressed his sincerest gratitude for their sacrifices as they adhered to the call to serving without remuneration.
