Gi-launch niadtong October 22 ang Project Kalinaw, usa ka simpleng peace education initiative sa pagpanguna ni VG Jayvee Tyron Uy nga mag-tudlo og peace advocacies ug teachings sa mga GIDA arun mahibal-an sa atuang kaigsuonan sa mga layong komunidad ang ilahang kontribusyon sa pag-sustenar sa kalinaw nga atuang nakab-ot sa Davao de Oro. Naghatag og short introduction ug peace message si Ms. Sholai Lim atol sa launching ceremony.

Gipili nga mag-pilot ang proyekto sa Brgy. Manurigao isip usa sa mga komunidad nga kaniadtong most affected by conflict sa probinsya.

Daghang salamat usab sa atuang mga kauban para ani nga proyekto sama sa Kiwanis International, IWPG, RPSB, PFLCW, AFP, YFPM, ug MSAAG!

Gidawat ni Vice Governor Jayvee Tyron Uy ang isa sa mga pinaka prestigious nga awards nga ginahatag sa CSC sa mga Most Outstanding Government Employees, ang National Pag-asa Award niadtong 2017 tungod sa iRice Program sa probinsya!

In consonance with the Civil Service Month, atong gi-throwback ang pagpili sa CSC sa atuang iRice Program tungod sa epektibo ug dakong tabang nga ginahatag niini sa probinsya, hilabi na sa mga kabatan-onan nga adunay kakulangan sa nutrisyon. Ang “iRice” o iron-fortified rice kay nagatabang apan malabanan ang iron deficiency, isa ka kahimtang nga magapahinay sa edukasyon ug sa pang adlaw-adlaw nga mga aktibidades sa mga bata.

Aduna pud tay ordinansa sa probinsya nga naga-mandate sa atuang mga opisina sa kapitolyo nga gamiton ang iRice sa tanang feeding initiatives sa tibuok probinsya para sa siguradong nutrisyon sa mga benepisyaryo. Daghang salamat, VG Tyron!

Isip unang ordinansa nga gipasa ilawom sa 9th Sangguniang Panlalawigan sa Davao de Oro sa regular session niadtong August 30, 2022, ang Provincial Ordinance (PO) No. 95-2022 nga nagakuha ug surcharges ug interest sa local transfer taxes nga bayrunon sa mga legal heir, admistrator, ug executor nga magtransfer ug Real Property Ownership, pasado na sa sanggunian suporta sa Tax Amnesty Program!

Ang grant of relief nga ginahatag sa P.O. 95-2022 kay effective lamang sa mga estate sa decendents sa mga mipanaw sa wala pa'y December 31, 2017 ug ma avail lamang sa mga benepisyaryo hangtod June 14, 2023.

Kini nga P.O. No. 95-2022 o ang “Ordinance granting relief to Legal Heir/s, Administrator, or Executor from payment of Surcharges and Interests on Local Tax on Transfer of Real Property Ownership in support of the extension of the Estate Tax Amnesty Program” gimugna ni Board Member Vivencia Secuya isip chairperson sa Committee on Ways and Means and Economic Enterprise.

Gi-highlight sa litratong kuha sa isa kanatong photographer sa OVG na si Ronel Renz Alvarez ang importansya sa pakigbisog sa malnutrition hilabi na sa mga kabatan-onan.

Gikan sa caption sa maong litrato, “We owe our children a bright tomorrow. Let’s nip hunger in the bud and give them what they deserve best.”

Nakadawat si Ronel ug 3rd place sa Photography Competition sa NEDA XI nga naga-highlight sa Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) sa atuang gobyerno para sa atuang nasud.

Bayanihan spirit is alive 💪 Day 1 kagahapon, August 23, 2022 sa volunteer work sa Office of the Vice Governor ug Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Davao de Oro sa Olaycon Integrated School sa lungsod sa Monkayo isip atong abag-abag ug assistance kanila sa pag-abri sa face to face classes, parte sa atong Brigada Eskwela initiatives.

Pinaagi sa atong pakig-alayon sa private sector, atong giturn-over ang mga construction materials. Nagdonate usab ang Business Women Professionals sa Davao City og mga water containers ug cleaning materials para sa mga classrooms.

Bisan sa gamay nga pamaagi, naningkamot makatabang ang Office of the Vice Governor, Office of the SP Secretary, ug atong mga board members sa edukasyon sa atong kabatan-onan.

Daghang salamat sa administration, faculty, staff, ug mga estudyante sa Olaycon IS sa mainitong pagdawat!
