PAGBATI AT PAGKILALA: JUANA NG KALSADA 2026 🏆👮‍♀️

​Isang malaking karangalan at inspirasyon para sa buong Bayan ng Nabua, partikular na sa pamilya ng Public Order and Safety Unit (POSU), ang pagkilala kay Ms. Nina P. Masculino bilang opisyal na nominee ng LTO Iriga District Office para sa LTO Region V: Juana ng Kalsada 2026.

​Bilang isang masipag na Lady Traffic Enforcer sa ating bayan, ipinamalas ni Ms. Masculino na ang serbisyo sa kalsada ay walang pinipiling kasarian. Ang kanyang disiplina, dedikasyon, at maayos na pakikitungo sa mga motorista ay tunay na simbolo ng isang "Juana" na may malasakit sa komunidad.
​Ang nominasyong ito ay patunay na ang ating mga kababaihan sa serbisyo publiko ay katuwang natin sa pagtataguyod ng kaayusan, kaligtasan, at pag-unlad ng Nabua.

​Mula sa pamunuan at mga kasamahan sa POSU Nabua, isang mainit na pagbati sa iyo, Ms. Nina! Saludo kami sa iyong patuloy na paglilingkod at sa pagpapakita na sa ating kalsada, bida ang husay at malasakit ng kababaihan.

🚫 PAALALA: MAHIGPIT NA PAGPAPATUPAD NG "NO HELMET POLICY" SIMULA BUKAS!

"Magandang araw, Nabueños! Nais naming ipabatid sa lahat na SIMULA BUKAS, mas paiigtingin ang pagsita at pagpapatupad ng batas sa pagsuot ng tamang helmet sa ating bayan. 🏍️🛡️

Mahalagang sumunod dahil hindi lang ito paalala—ito ay may kaukulang parusa sa ilalim ng LTO Regulations (RA 10054) at ng ating Municipal Ordinance.

Para sa iwas-abala, narito ang dapat sundin:
✅ Simula Bukas – Wala nang palusot, mas magiging mahigpit na ang ating mga kapulisan at enforcers sa kalsada.

✅ Driver & Back Rider – Parehong dapat may suot na helmet. Bawal ang walang angkas na proteksyon.

✅ Authorized Helmets Only – Dapat ay 'standard' at may valid na ICC o PS sticker. Bawal ang helmet na pang-bisikleta o hindi awtorisado.

✅ Properly Fastened – Siguraduhing naka-lock ang strap para sa tunay na proteksyon.

⚠️ Babala sa mga Lalabag:
Ang hindi pagsunod ay magreresulta sa kaukulang multa mula sa LTO at base sa ating Municipal Ordinance. Huwag na nating hintayin na mabigatan ang bulsa bago tayo sumunod.

Ang disiplina sa kalsada ay para sa inyong kaligtasan at ng inyong pamilya. Maraming salamat sa inyong kooperasyon! 🤝✨

In preparation for the expected effects of Super Typhoon Uwan, classes in Nabua will only be held until 12:00 noon on Friday (November 7, 2025) until lifted, with CSPC students shifting to modular or distance learning thereafter.

This early advisory also aims to inform canteen operators to avoid preparing lunch meals and prevent losses.

The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) of Nabua convened an Emergency Meeting today, September 24, 2025, at the Municipal Hall – to discuss preparations and response measures for the possible impact of Tropical Storm Opong.
⚠️ The public is advised to remain alert and vigilant.
