“The Court is here for you, naa ang korte tungod sa inyo. We never forget you. Kada isa kanato, we are our brother's keepers. Madugay man ang hearing, madugay tungod kay ang mga abogado wala, ang huwis wala.. daghan kaau trabaho, daghan kau kaso... pero magtuyok ang ligid sa korte, ang ligid sa hustisya magtuyok... slowly but surely.. salig kamo sa inyong korte, salig kamo sa inyong hustisya nga mahatag kini sa inyo.. ayaw kamo kaguol kung aduna kamoy mga kaso, labi na katong mga detinado, paningkamutan nato nga masayo... The wheels of Justice will run slowly but surely.”
