The National Youth Commission, together with the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO), is rolling out a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to co-create specialized Procurement Modules designed for and with the Sangguniang Kabataan.

This assessment goes beyond simple compliance, evaluating how Bids and Awards Committees operate and how investment programs transition into actual procurement plans. Your input is essential for creating a specialized procurement manual that is legally sound and responsive to the unique budget cycles and projects of the youth sector.

By co-creating these tools with you, we aim to empower SK leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to implement more effective, transparent and impactful programs for the youth.

Because better procurement leads to better projects, and better outcomes for the Filipino youth. 💡
