Boss, may hiling ang Tatay Digong sa ICC

Hiniling ng kampo ni Ex-President Rodrigo Duterte sa ICC na utusan ang Prosecution na i-refile ang kaso laban sa dating pangulo.
Ang kahilingan ay pormal na ipinaabot ni Lead Defense Counsel Peter Haynes.
Ayon kay Haynes, nilabag ang "right to be informed" ni Duterte. Punto niya, dapat alam ni Duterte ang detalyadong "nature, cause and content" ng kaso laban sa kanya.
Rason niya, "The Prosecution's decision to frame the charges in this entirely novel way makes it impossible for the defendant to know what case he has to meet at trial".
