Over the past seven years you have continued to serve and you served well our beloved province of Pangasinan, every town and cities of the province, and our fellow Pangasinense. You even go beyond the confines and boundaries of the province by submitting yourself to serve in the League of the Vice Governors of the Philippines.

Despite having restricted time due to hectic schedules and demands of service, you never forget to enhance your knowledge by studying furthermore, a trait that you have from childhood, and acquiring more formal education and degrees. You know the importance of education and what it can do to transform a person to become a better citizen, a better servant and a better leader.

But on top of your heavy works as public servant, as educator and as leader of our community, you are an excellent father to my grandson Luke, a good husband to Melanie, a good brother to Rory and Rax, and a good son to your Mom Lyn and me.

NOTICE ON DAM DISCHARGE WARNING OPERATION

Mamayang 4:00 ng hapon, magbubukas ang San Roque Dam ng isang gate na may taas na 0.5 metro at may inaasahang discharge na 65 cubic meters per second (cms). Pinapayuhan ang mga lokal na pamahalaan (LGUs) na malapit sa Agno River na maging handa sa posibleng pagtaas ng lebel ng tubig at magsagawa ng Pre-Emptive Evacuation kung kinakailangan.

Ang pagbubukas o pre-release ng tubig mula sa dam ay isang precautionary measure upang maiwasan ang patuloy na pagtaas ng San Roque Dam Level.

Tandaan na palaging mas mainam ang maging preparado.
