𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Bulsu Procurement Office , together with the Chief Financial Office, spearheaded a "Finance Division Policy Briefing and PPMP Workshop" last July 15, 2026, in Valencia Hall at Bulacan State University.

The training focused on related processes concerning financial documents, such as reimbursements, vouchers, and petty cash. In the afternoon, the participants had an initial write-up for their respective offices’ PPMP after a lecture on Republic Act No. 12009.

All concerned agencies and stakeholders are likewise advised to refrain from citing, relying upon, reproducing, or disseminating the withdrawn GPPB-TSO-issued "Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 (1st Edition, as of 31 March 2026)" or any other unofficial version of the IRR.
This Advisory is being issued to ensure the correct implementation of Republic Act No. 12009 through the GPPB-approved IRR.

Please be informed that the BulSU Procurement Office will temporarily relocate to the 4th Floor of Alvarado Hall (CIT Building), effective Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
This relocation is necessary to accommodate the upcoming renovation and upgrade of our current office space, allowing us to serve you better in the future.
