The Grand Recital of MUSIKAT 2026 officially opened with inspiring welcome remarks from Mr. Alfonso Uno Baribar, Founder of the Malita Young Leaders Congress (MYLC). His message set the tone for a meaningful and empowering celebration of youth talent, creativity, and leadership.
The program continued with the video presentation of the βHistory of the BRO,β followed by outstanding performances from our young artists, showcasing their talents in singing, dancing, guitar and dancesport. The Grand Recital served as a platform for the youth to demonstrate the skills, confidence, and discipline they have developed through their training and participation in various programs.
A special recognition and awarding ceremony was also held for the beneficiaries from TFS Makalong Elementary School, represented by School Head Sir Kim and teachers Ms. Deocill Mae Tanduyan, and Jayian Sunday Rich. Certificates and awards were presented in appreciation of their support and commitment to youth development.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Estefanie Bautista-Dumama, Municipal Councilor of Malita and Founder of Batang Responsable Ay Okay! (BRO), whose vision continues to empower and inspire the youth through transformative programs and initiatives.
The success of this Grand Recital MUSIKAT 2026 was made possible through the unwavering support and collaboration of Hon. Benjamin P. Bautista Jr., Municipal Mayor of Malita; Greggy Roy Marquez, Local Youth Development Officer (LYDO); Hon. Arman Jay B. Camellere, President of the SK Municipal Federation of Malita; Hon. Jham Javellana, Grand Recital Director; Mr. Alfonso Uno Baribar, Founder of MYLC; the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC); our instructors; and the dedicated BRO Volunteers. Special thanks to Detour, Davao Occidental Singers Guild and Guitar Coaches Mr. Macky Carreon and Bryan Sarino.
