The public is hereby informed that National ID Operations at the Arenas Civic Center in Malasiqui, Pangasinan, will follow a temporary schedule for the month of March 2026.

Schedule of Operations:

❌ Closed: Monday to Friday

✅ Open: Every Saturday only

All clients are advised to plan their visits accordingly and proceed to the registration center during Saturday operations only.

For guidance and to avoid inconvenience, please arrive early and bring all necessary requirements (valid ID or birth certificate and marriage certificate for married women).

Kasalang Bayan 2026!

ASenso Kabaleyan. Maaari na kayong mag-aplay para sa gaganaping Kasalang Bayan sa Pebrero 13, 2026 (Biyernes) sa Arenas Civic Center (ACC), Malasiqui, Pangasinan. Ito po ay libre at maaari kayong mag-aplay sa ating Local Civil Registry (LCR) sa ground floor ng munisipyo mula Lunes-Biyernes, 8AM-5PM.

Requirements:

APPLICATION FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE (both applicants must be 18 years old and above)

-PSA Certificate of No Marriage (Cenomar)
Birth Certificate
-Certificate of Pre-Marriage Orientation and Pre-Marriage Counseling
-Certificate of Death (if applicant is a widow/widower)
-Court Decision + Judicial Decree of Absolute Divorce, Judicial Decree of Annulment or Judicial Decree of Nullity of Marriage (If one or both was previously married)
-Parental Consent (for 18-20 years old) with photocopy of Valid ID of Father
-Parental Advice (for 21-25 years old) with photocopy of Valid ID of Parents
-Photocopy of Valid ID of Applicants
-Cedula
-Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (If one party is not Filipino Citizen)

APPLICATION PERIOD: November 17, 2025 to January 30, 2026

For applicants who have been living together for more than five (5) years, you are exempted from the marriage license requirement as per Article 34 of the Family Code of the Philippines

-Must be 23 years old and above
-PSA Certificate of No Marriage (Cenomar)
-Birth Certificate
-Certificate of Pre-Marriage Orientation and Pre-Marriage Counseling
-Affidavit of Cohabitation
-Birth Certficate of Child/Children (If applicable)
-Court Decision + Judicial Decree of Absolute Divorce, Judicial Decree of Annulment or Judicial Decree of Nullity of Marriage (If one or both was previously married)
-Certificate of Death (if applicant is a widow/widower)
-Photocopy of Valid ID of Applicants
-Cedula

Proseso ng pag aapply:
Step 1: Magtungo Sa Municipal Population Office (Address: Government Center, Don Vicente Quintans St, Malasiqui, Pangasinan), Para mag pa Schedule ng inyong Seminar
Step 2: Pagkatapos ng Araw ng inyong Seminar ay magtungo sa Local Civil Registry Office at ipasa ang mga kailangang Dokumento para makapag apply para sa Marriage License.
