The activity served as a venue for internal cleansing, spiritual enrichment, and values formation among personnel. Discussions focused on reinforcing discipline, integrity, accountability, professionalism, and adherence to the PNP Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards. 𝗛𝗒π—ͺ: To strengthen police visibility, deter criminal activities, maintain peace and order, and ensure the safety and security of the community through the conduct of Oplan Galugad, Oplan Sita, foot patrol, and mobile patrol operations.At about 10:00 AM onwards of July 17, 2026, NAPNCOs and Organic Police Officers of Malabon City Police Sub-Station 4, under the supervision of PMSg Joelito Caraballe, Field Training Officer, and through the leadership of PCAPT Joseph D. Alcazar, conducted Oplan Galugad and Oplan Sita in Barangays Catmon and Niugan, Malabon City.

The operation included intensified foot patrol and mobile patrol in strategic areas to enhance police visibility, monitor suspicious persons and activities, deter the commission of crimes, and ensure compliance with existing laws and local ordinances. Police personnel also maintained close coordination with members of the community to promote public safety and encourage vigilance against criminality.

𝗛𝗒π—ͺ: At about 7:50 PM onwards on July 16, 2026, Police Officers of RSTU-NCRPO conducted a surprise billet visit and NAPNCO'S accounting at the billeting area located at 45 Sanchez Street, Tinajeros, Malabon City. The activity aimed to verify the presence and accountability of all billeted personnel, inspect the condition of the billeting area, ensure compliance with existing PNP policies and regulations, and assess the welfare and operational readiness of the deployed personnel. During the inspection, personnel were reminded to maintain discipline, cleanliness, security, and preparedness at all times.
