𝗛𝗢𝗪: At about 9:00 AM onwards of August 20, 2026, the NAPNCO trainees, together with the organic police officers of Catmon Malabon Substation 4, conducted police visibility and public safety activities in the areas of Brgy. Catmon and Brgy. Niugan, Malabon City.

The activity consisted of the conduct of Oplan Galugad, checkpoint operations, foot patrol, and mobile patrol within the designated areas. The activities were undertaken to increase police presence, deter possible criminal activities, maintain peace and order, and promote public safety within the community.
The conduct of the activity provided the NAPNCO trainees with practical exposure to actual police operations and community-oriented policing. The presence of uniformed police personnel in the area also contributed to enhanced police visibility and deterrence of possible criminal and disorderly activities.
The participating personnel maintained proper coordination and observed appropriate police procedures during the conduct of the various activities.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆
The activity was successfully conducted in the areas of Brgy. Catmon and Brgy. Niugan, Malabon City. The participation of the NAPNCO trainees, together with the organic police officers of Catmon Malabon Substation 4, contributed to the effective implementation of police visibility and public safety measures within the area of responsibility.

It is recommended that similar activities and practical field exposures be continuously conducted to further enhance the trainees' knowledge, skills, discipline, situational awareness, and familiarity with actual police operations, while strengthening police-community relations and maintaining peace and order in the locality.

HOW: Under the Leadership of PCOL KENNETH H MISSION OIC, MCPS, together with PMAJ Felipe Canta Fermin Jr Chief ARMS, Newly Appointed Police Non-Commission Officers under the Supervision of PMsg Joelito V Caraballe, Field Training Officer, conducted the Daily PNP Personnel Accounting Report (DPPAR) and Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) at the Malabon City Police Station Headquarters.

The activity was conducted as part of the regular accounting, briefing, and continuing education of personnel. The DPPAR was undertaken to account for and monitor the status and availability of personnel, while the PICE was conducted to provide necessary information, updates, and reminders to all concerned personnel regarding current police operations, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Situation Report:
The activity was attended by Headquarters personnel, NUP, and NAPNCOs, SIKLAB LAWIN BATCH 2025 -01AND TIKAS MANDAWIS BATCH 2025 -02 .
During the activity, the personnel were briefed on pertinent matters concerning their duties and responsibilities, given relevant updates, and reminded of the proper observance and implementation of existing operational guidelines. The activity also served as an avenue to refresh and enhance the knowledge and understanding of personnel on matters relevant to the effective and efficient performance of their respective duties.

The activity was successfully conducted with the participation of the organic police officers and NAPNCOs of the Malabon City Police Station. The conduct of the DPPAR and PICE contributed to maintaining proper personnel accountability, effective dissemination of information, and continuous enhancement of the knowledge and operational readiness of the personnel.

WHAT: AFTER ACTIVITY REPORT

On or about 8:30 am of August 14, 2026, NAPNCO personnel conducted a General Cleaning Activity at the NAPNCO billeting area located at 45 Sanchez Street, Tinajeros, Malabon City, under the direct supervision of PMSg Joelito Caraballe, FTO.

The activity was conducted in response to the heavy rainfall that affected the billeting area. It aimed to restore cleanliness, maintain sanitation, and ensure an organized, safe, and healthy environment for all NAPNCO personnel. During the activity, the participants cleaned the interior and exterior portions of the billeting area, removed accumulated mud, dirt, and debris, properly disposed of waste materials, and organized the sleeping quarters and other common areas.

MCPS Police personnel together with the NAPNCO's of Police Sub-Station 4, Catmon, Malabon City Police Station, conducted an es**rt operation for a Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL) to facilitate and ensure the safe conduct of the PDL's medical examination.

After the conduct of the medical examination, police personnel likewise conducted police visibility and patrol activities near public stores and establishments along Barangay Catmon, Malabon City, to deter criminal activities and maintain peace and order in the area.

WEATHER CONDITION:

The activities were conducted despite heavy rainfall in the area. Personnel maintained their presence and continued the required police activities while observing appropriate safety and security measures.

RESULT:

The PDL was safely es**rted for the scheduled medical examination and subsequently secured. Police visibility was successfully conducted within the area of responsibility. No untoward incident was reported during the activity.
