ππ’πͺ: Under the Leadership of PCAPT JOSEPH D ALCAZAR, Catmon MCPS Sub-Station 4, Newly Appointed Police Non-Commission Officers under the Supervision of PMsg Joelito V Caraballe, Field Training Officer, conducted Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) to implements the mandatory internal cleansing and spiritual development program for police personnel, aimed at promoting discipline, mental well-being, and a God-centered life.

πππ©πͺππ©ππ€π£ πππ₯π€π§π©:At about 9:00 AM onwards on July 14, 2026, the NAPNCO's Class 2025-01 "SIKLAB LAWIN" NPD Team 7 Catmon Malabon City Police Sub-Station 4 and Team 8 Hulong Duhat Sub-Station 7 conducted the PNP Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) at Tugatog Malabon Sport Complex
The activity served as a venue for internal cleansing, spiritual enrichment, and values formation among personnel. Discussions focused on reinforcing discipline, integrity, accountability, professionalism, and adherence to the PNP Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards. Personnel were encouraged to maintain a positive mindset, prioritize their mental well-being, and uphold a God-centered life in the performance of their duties. Operational updates, administrative matters, and other station concerns were likewise discussed to ensure unity, coordination, and operational preparedness.
