The Bangsamoro Liaison Office in Metro Manila expresses its sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Health through Ms. Michelle F. Lu, RN, RM, EMT, Lifestyle Related Disease Regional Coordinator, for the generous provision of essential medical supplies and health monitoring equipment.

Among the items received were automatic blood pressure apparatus, blood sugar monitoring instruments, multivitamins and maintenance medicines for hypertension and various lifestyle related diseases, which will support the health and well-being of BLOMM personnel.

This act of assistance reflects the Ministry’s commitment under the energetic leadership of Member of the Parliament/Minister Dr. Kadil "Jojo" Sinolinding, Jr. to advancing accessible healthcare and strengthening support services for Bangsamoro constituents.

BLOMM Recognized at the SPMRT Annual Performance Review and Planning Conference 2026

The Bangsamoro Liaison Office in Metro Manila (BLOMM) was recognized as one of the Outstanding Service Offices under the Office of the Chief Minister (OCM) during the SPMRT Annual Performance Review and Planning Conference 2026, in recognition of its exemplary performance and steadfast commitment to public service.

The award was formally received by Director Gafur Kanain, whose leadership and strategic direction have been instrumental in advancing BLOMM’s programs and initiatives. His dedication to strengthening organizational performance and fostering a culture of excellence significantly contributed to BLOMM’s recognition as an Outstanding Service Office.

Moreover, five BLOMM personnel were conferred the distinction of Outstanding Employees in acknowledgment of their significant contributions and dedication to the office’s mandate. The awardees are Ms. Ibtehajz Camlian Lizardo-Amin, who achieved Top 1 with a score of 4.98%, Mr. Mohalidin D. Ali, Mr. Mohamad Jamil Lintang, Ms. Lailah H. Macabago, and Ms. Teresita L. Bato.

These recognitions affirm BLOMM’s continued adherence to the principles of excellence, integrity, and responsive governance, in support of a Mas Matatag na Bangsamoro Governance under the leadership of Chief Minister Abdulraof Macacua.
