𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎: Alinsunod sa Proklamasyon Blg. 1006, s. 2025, na nagdeklara sa Abril 9, 2026 bilang regular holiday kaugnay ng paggunita ng "Araw ng Kagitingan", ang Land Registration Authority (LRA) Central Office at lahat ng Registries of Deeds ay magpapatupad ng compressed workweek arrangement ngayong linggo, Abril 4–10, 2026.

Paalala lamang po na maaaring mag-iba ang iskedyul ng operasyon ng isang Registry of Deeds batay sa anunsyo ng lokal na pamahalaan kung saan matatagpuan ang kanilang tanggapan. Para naman po sa pagbayad ng inyong mga transaksyon, ang cash payments po ay tatanggapin hanggang alas-singko ng hapon upang masiguro ang maayos at tamang pagbalanse ng arawang koleksyon. Kung sakaling kayo po ay maabutan ng cutoff, maaari pa rin po kayong magbayad sa pamamagitan ng cashless payment.

Ang LRA Central Office ay bukas mula 8:00 ng umaga hanggang 5:00 ng hapon, gayundin ang Registries of Deeds (RDs) sa buong bansa, maliban sa ilang RDs na matatagpuan sa mga lokalidad na nagdeklara ng suspensyon ng trabaho bunsod ng epekto ng pananalasa ng Super Typhoon "Uwan."

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐋𝐑𝐀) 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

As reported by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on July 23, 2025, two tropical cyclones—Tropical Storm Dante and Tropical Depression Emong—are currently being monitored within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

These weather systems are enhancing the southwest monsoon, bringing heavy rains especially over the western parts of Luzon. Their effects are expected to continue over the next few days, especially in the areas of Zambales, Bataan, and Occidental Mindoro.

Once again, we urge our colleagues and fellow citizens to remain cautious, stay alert, and follow official advisories issued by your local authorities.

Dahil sa presensya ng mga ito, mas pinalalakas po ang habagat na nagdadala ng matitinding pag-ulan, lalo na sa mga lugar sa kanlurang bahagi ng Luzon. Inaasahan po ang patuloy na epekto nito sa malaking bahagi ng rehiyon sa mga susunod na araw, lalong higit sa mga lugar ng Zambales, Bataan, at Occidental Mindoro.
