More home choices for Pag-IBIG members as Robinsons Land joins network of leading developers 🏠

More home choices are available to Pag-IBIG Fund members as Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) joins its growing network of leading developer partners, offering homes available for purchase through the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan in support of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) Program.

Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta and RLC President and CEO Maria Socorro Isabelle “Mybelle” V. Aragon-Gobio signed a memorandum of understanding on October 5 in Pasig City. Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary and Pag-IBIG Fund Board Chairman Jose Ramon P. Aliling witnessed the signing, together with Pag-IBIG Fund Deputy Chief Executive Officer Alexander Hilario G. Aguilar and RLC Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager Edward Thomas V. Bernas.

Through the partnership, qualified Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrowers can choose from participating RLC residential projects, including select ready-for-occupancy units, with preferential pricing, buyer incentives and other special offers.

Pag-IBIG Fund offers housing loans of up to ₱10 million, with promotional rates of 4.5% per year for loans up to ₱4.9 million and 5.75% per year for loans above ₱4.9 million up to ₱10 million. Both rates are fixed for the first three years, with the promotional offer available until December 31, 2026.

The partnership gives members more home choices paired with affordable financing. Members can explore participating RLC properties through housing fairs, home-matching activities and other promotions, including the 2nd National Housing Expo on October 19 and 20 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, MOA Complex. Home seekers can explore housing options and get on-site Pag-IBIG Fund assistance with their housing loan application, eligibility requirements and submission of housing loan applications.

Also present at the signing were DHSUD Senior Undersecretary Eduardo Robles Jr.; Pag-IBIG Fund Deputy Chief Executive Officer Benjamin R. Felix Jr.; Senior Vice President Fermin A. Sta. Teresa Jr.; and Acting Vice Presidents Atty. Jose Robert F. Po and Tina Marie I. Gabiosa.

National Shelter Month 2026 is officially underway! 🏠💙

Pag-IBIG Fund joins the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) in the celebration of National Shelter Month 2026, as the country’s housing sector comes together under the theme “Tahanan. Pamayanan. Kinabukasan.”

DHSUD Secretary and Pag-IBIG Fund Board Chairman Jose Ramon P. “Ping” Aliling led the opening of the month-long celebration, together with officials of DHSUD and its Key Shelter Agencies, including Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene C. Acosta and the agency’s senior officials, reaffirming the housing sector’s shared commitment to bring safe, decent and affordable homes closer to more Filipino families.

Throughout the month, Pag-IBIG Fund will take an active role in advancing initiatives that support this shared mission, advancing President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) Program.

Among the major activities this October, Pag-IBIG Fund will spearhead the 2nd National Housing Expo on October 19 and 20 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, MOA Complex. The Expo will bring together DHSUD, Key Shelter Agencies, leading property developers and housing partners in a one-stop shop where home seekers can explore available homes and get Pag-IBIG Fund assistance, from housing loan inquiries to submission of Housing Loan applications.

Ngayong National Shelter Month, pumili mula sa libo-libong housing options mula sa mahigit 60 participating developers sa 2nd National Housing Expo 2026!

Pag-IBIG Fund Wins International Award for Affordable Home Financing for Expanded 4PH of President Marcos

Pag-IBIG Fund received the 2026 ADFIAP Development Award for Infrastructure Development from the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), during the 49th Annual Meetings, held from September 23 to 25, 2026 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The recognition highlights Pag-IBIG Fund’s contribution and implementation of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) Program as part of a comprehensive approach to infrastructure development, supporting sustainable and inclusive homeownership while contributing to the country’s broader development goals.

The award was received on behalf of Pag-IBIG Fund by Domingo C. Jacinto, Jr., Vice President of Pag-IBIG Fund’s Public and Member Relations Group. Joining him during the recognition were H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, ADFIAP Chairman, and Mr. Thimal Perera, ADFIAP Board Member.

This international recognition further affirms Pag-IBIG Fund’s continuing efforts to fulfill its housing mandate and work alongside the government and the housing industry in providing more Filipino workers with opportunities to own a home they can afford.

MORE HOMES TAKING SHAPE UNDER EXPANDED 4PH! 🏗️🏠

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund marked the first day of National Shelter Month with the topping-off of two residential buildings at Megawide’s JAB Residences in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, on Thursday, October 1.

The milestone comes as the country begins National Shelter Month this October, highlighting the continued progress of efforts to bring more affordable homes closer to Filipino workers. The project consists of 17 five-story buildings, with each 27-square-meter unit priced at ₱1.5 million and available at low monthly payments through the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan.

The development follows President Marcos’ visit just less than eight months ago to Megawide Construction Corp.’s precast plant in Taytay, Rizal, where he saw how modern construction methods could help accelerate the delivery of quality and affordable homes under Expanded 4PH.

Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta named Asia’s Modern Hero in Progressive Housing Finance Solutions

Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta received the Asia’s Modern Hero in Progressive Housing Finance Solutions recognition at the Asia’s Modern Hero Awards 2026 on Sept. 25 in Parañaque City. The honor celebrates her leadership in making housing finance more accessible and bringing more Filipino families closer to owning a home.

The recognition comes as Acosta celebrated her 45th year in government service, marking a career dedicated to serving Filipino workers and their families.

Under her leadership, Pag-IBIG Fund reached ₱1.32 trillion in total assets and earned ₱41.35 billion in net income in the first half of 2026. The Fund also posted strong results in housing loan releases, short-term loan disbursements and members’ savings collections, while earning its 14th consecutive unmodified opinion from the Commission on Audit.

Acosta dedicated the award to her fellow Lingkod Pag-IBIG, the Fund’s partners and its more than 17 million active members here and abroad. Their trust and aspirations, she said, continue to inspire the Fund to expand access to affordable homeownership and deliver on its promise of “Tapat na Serbisyo, Mula sa Puso.”
