📢 ADVISORY | Extension on Submission of AFS and Other Attachments

The BIR has extended the submission/resubmission of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and other attachments through the eAFS facility until May 25, 2026 for taxpayers affected by eAFS system-related issues.

✅ Taxpayers who already submitted through the official contingency email procedure on or before May 15, 2026 and received acknowledgment are already considered compliant.
✅ No penalties shall be imposed for delayed submission caused solely by eAFS system issues.
⚠️ The extension applies only to the submission of AFS attachments and NOT to the filing deadline of the Annual Income Tax Return (AITR).

Please be guided accordingly.
