Noong January 26–27, 2026, isinagawa sa Municipal Conference Hall ang magkakasunod na aktibidad kaugnay ng Gender and Development (GAD) ng LGU.
Noong unang araw, ginanap ang GAD 2025 Program Review and Accomplishment Reporting kung saan nag-present ng kanilang 2025 Accomplishment Reports ang mga GAD Champions. Kabilang dito sina Ms. Gloven Ilaga, RSW, SWO II ng Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office at Mr. Francis Galindo, RN, PHN IV ng Municipal Health Office. Ipinresenta rin ni Ms. Norma Gonzales, Administrative Assistant II ng Municipal Budget Office ang 2025 Financial Report. Tinalakay din ang mga isyung nakita sa implementasyon ng ilang programa at ang mga corrective actions upang mas maayos ang susunod na implementation.
Para sa pagpapatuloy, sa ikalawang araw, tinalakay nh GAD Focal Point System Secretariat kasama ang mga GAD Champions mula sa iba’t ibang opisina ng LGU. Layunin nito na i-reinforce ang proper procedures sa pag-implement ng mga proyekto na funded ng LGU GAD Fund. Napag-usapan din ang GAD Calendar of Activities for 2026 at ang paghahanda ng mga GAD proposals para sa 2027.
