COMELEC ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS:

1. Use FB Messenger and search "Comelec Lapu-Lapu Online Registration". (it is better to use Desktop Computer)
2. Click the button "ASK" from question "Asking for Registration?" (if not displayed well, use GOOGLE CHROME Browser either desktop or smart phone)
Type of registration forms
A_New (Not yet registered)
B_Transfer within Lapu-Lapu City (already registered in this city, then want to transfer another barangay.)
C_Transfer from Other City (already registered outside lapu-lapu city, i.e. cebu city, mandaue city, cagayan de oro city,
etc.)
3. Download the desired form and print including Covid19 Declaration Form (refer to the menu on how to print the form), if you cannot find the desired forms, just click the button "ASK" from "Click this button to see more options of Registration Forms"
D_Reactivation (already registered but INACTIVE record)
E_Change Status (single to married or married to single)
E_Correction (error data, i.e. name and/or birthday)
4. Fill-it-up
5. Click the button "Asking for Biometrics Schedule?", send us your basic info and be sure to provide an ACTIVE and ACCURATE email. Just wait for the email for your schedule. Check your email (SPAM or INBOX) from time to time. Do not come to the office, if you do not have a schedule.
6. During your scheduled time for BIOMETRICS, DO NOT FORGET to bring the following:
a. Filled up Registration forms
b. Filled up Covid19 forms
c. Requirements (photocopy)
i. Valid ID with lapulapu city residence address (if not lapu-lapu, support your bills like, meco, mcwd, phone bills, etc. that bears your name, just to prove that you are living in lapu-lapu city.)
ii. Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA) for correction/for 18 to 21y.o.
iii. Married Certificate/Death Certificate of Spouse (for change status)
d. Ballpen
e. Alcohol

Dress Code: No sleeveless, No earrings and Necklaces.
