𝗡𝗕𝗜 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗦 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗔 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝟵 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦

Under the supervision of NBI Director JUDGE JAIME B. SANTIAGO (Ret.), the National Bureau of Investigation-Pampanga District Office (NBI-PAMDO) on July 29, 2025, successfully arrested RODOLFO ROMANO JR. by virtue of an Alias Warrant of Arrest for Syndicated Estafa (no bail recommended) issued by Hon. RTC Branch 5, Lemery, Batangas.

The Subject’s arrest was served at the Clark International Airport, Mabalacat City, Pampanga upon his arrival from Hong Kong. The arrest stemmed from the information received by NBI-PAMDO regarding the Subject’s intention to voluntarily surrender upon arrival from Hong Kong. Subject has been the subject of an outstanding warrant since 2016 and has been in Hong Kong since then.

Subject is currently detained at NBI-PAMDO pending issuance of a Commitment Order by the Court.

Director Santiago commended the agents of NBI-PAMDO and added that the operation highlights the NBI’s continued efforts to pursue and apprehend fugitives, ensuring that they are dealt with in accordance with the law.
