Ito ay nagpapatunay ng kanilang pagsunod sa regulasyon, panuntunan, at batas sa pagsusulong ng maayos na pamamaraan sa pagsasaka. Kaugnay nito ang opisyal na pamantayan ng Kagawaran sa pagtiyak sa kaligtasan at kalidad ng pagkain, pangangalaga sa kapaligiran, at kapakanan ng mga manggagawa.

Applications received prior to January 12, 2026 shall continue to be processed in accordance with existing rules and regulations.
