𝑪/𝑴𝑨𝑫𝑨𝑪 𝑭𝑶𝑪𝑨𝑳 𝑷𝑬𝑹𝑺𝑶𝑵𝑺 𝑶𝑹𝑰𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑨𝑪𝑰𝑻𝒀 𝑻𝑹𝑨𝑰𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑮

The Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC), together with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), held the two-day Orientation and Capacity Training for LGU City/Municipality Anti-Drug Abuse Council (C/MADAC) Focal Persons for the Barangay Drug Clearing Program on August 12–13, 2026 at Capitol Resort, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

The training brought together C/MADAC focal persons from different LGUs for discussions, workshops, and sharing of experiences on the implementation of the Barangay Drug Clearing Program.

The activity was also attended by Atty. Gerald D. Gallardo, CESO V, DILG Provincial Director; Dir. Julius M. Paderes, PhD, PDEA Regional Director; Hon. Ramon V. Guico III, Governor of Pangasinan, represented by Executive Assistant Ronn Dale B. Castillo; and Provincial Administrator Manuel O. Luis Jr., who shared their messages and support for the activity.

Thank you to all our participants, speakers, facilitators, and partner agencies for being part of the two-day training. Your participation and support contributed to the successful conduct of the activity.

Together, let us continue to strengthen our efforts towards a safer and drug-free Pangasinan.

𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗴𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀? 𝗡𝗢!

Tingnan niyo itong mga puno na nasa likod ko, puro Mahogany! 🥲

Kailangan sinusuri natin ang mga puno na itatanim sa kagubatan lalo na kung reforestation ang purposes. Mas mainam kung native at endemic fruit-bearing trees ang itatanim para mapakinabangan ng mga ibon.

Hindi dapat tanim lang nang tanim ha! Baka sa halip na makatulong tayo sa kalikasan, makasama pa tayo nang hindi namamalayan.

Tinanong ko dati ang DENR patungkol sa mga Mahogany na nasa forested areas. Ang sabi, noong 90s ay talamak ang illegal logging kaya nakalbo ang kagubatan, para raw makarecover agad ang kagubatan, nagkaroon ng mass tree planting ng Mahogany dahil mabilis itong tumubo at hindi masyadong kailangan ng pag-aalaga.

Babae ka — hindi babae lang.

Ang bawat kababaihan ay may lakas, kakayahan, at boses na mahalaga sa paghubog ng mas makatarungan at inklusibong lipunan.
