Alinsunod sa Presidential Proclamation No. 1077, na inissue ni President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., idineklara na rin nating Under State of Calamity ang buong lalawigan ng Pangasinan dahil sa epekto ng Bagyong Uwan.

Asahan niyo po ang pagsasagawa ng mga clearing operations at magbibigay ng tulong sa mga apektadong lugar sa ating lalawigan.

Patuloy po tayong magkaisa, kabaleyan!
