We’re reaching out to our community for help 🙏

This coming Saturday, our small farm in Balamban, Cebu will be harvesting around 300–400 kilos of eggplant. These are fresh and harvested the same day—but many are small and curved, which our usual buyer can no longer take due to the current low market demand.

Instead of letting them go to waste, we’re willing to sell them at a very low price—we’d much rather have them used and enjoyed than thrown away.

We have 4 full-time farm workers who depend on this livelihood, and we’re doing everything we can to keep the farm going.

We’re looking for:
✅ Bulk buyers (resellers, market vendors, processors)
✅ Restaurants, carinderias, or food businesses
✅ Anyone who can connect us to buyers who value fresh produce, even if not “perfect-looking”

These eggplants are still 100% good quality and perfect for cooking—tortang talong, pinakbet, grilled dishes, and more.

Last March 12, Angat Liloan returned to Sitio Sulima, Brgy. Cotcot, Liloan after a month to check on the progress of our beneficiaries who received shelter kits last February 5.

It’s truly inspiring to witness how these families are gradually rebuilding their homes and their lives through resilience and the support they received.

We are deeply grateful to our generous donors and to Angat Buhay for making all of this possible. 💖

Women are not objects for anyone fantasies.

It’s very upsetting and disturbing to see people openly and shamelessly disrespect women. It becomes even more disturbing when such words come from people in positions of power who should know better.

Women are not objects for anyone’s fantasies. They are human beings who deserve respect, dignity, and basic decency at all times.

If your “imagination” strips a woman of her dignity, that’s not harmless — that’s the problem.

Angat Cebu BPO is inviting everyone to join JCI Cebu Lakan Bahaghari Blood Donation Drive and be part of something meaningful. This month of love, we go beyond flowers and chocolates we give something far more powerful: LIFE.

Every bag of blood donated can save multiple lives. In emergency rooms, operating tables, and hospital wards, someone is waiting. Someone’s parent. Someone’s child. Someone’s partner. Someone’s future.

Through DUGONG LAKAN, we remind everyone that love is not just spoken - it is given. It flows. It heals. Because true love means showing up for people we may never meet.

This initiative also supports JCI Philippines’ National Program: Hearty, Healthy, Philippines, encouraging our members and partners to live healthy, proactive lives through blood donation, BP monitoring, and hypertension awareness. A healthy community begins with informed and involved citizens.
