During the 1st Quarter Abuyog Job Fair 2026 held last March 12, 2026, the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) also conducted the release of assistance under its programs to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).

Ms. Wynna Mae R. Rodas received assistance under the WAP Medical Assistance Program, while Ms. Vanessa Lumacad was granted support through the Balik Pinas! Balik Hanapbuhay Program.

This initiative highlights the continued commitment of government agencies to support returning OFWs and their families through various welfare and livelihood assistance programs.

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Abuyog expresses its appreciation to OWWA and partner agencies for bringing these valuable services closer to the people during the job fair. 🤝

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Abuyog successfully conducted the 1st Quarter Abuyog Job Fair 2026 last March 12, 2026 at the Abuyog Mini Gym, Brgy. Nalibunan, Abuyog, Leyte. The activity gathered numerous job seekers and participating employers, providing an important platform for employment opportunities and career connections for the people of Abuyog and nearby communities. 💼

This initiative was made possible through the strong support and leadership of Municipal Mayor Lemuel Gin K. Traya, whose continued commitment to employment generation and workforce development greatly contributes to programs that benefit the local community.

The job fair was conducted in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) West Leyte Field Office, together with participating local and overseas employers, partner agencies, and stakeholders who played a vital role in making the activity productive and successful. Through this event, job seekers were able to directly engage with employers, submit applications, and explore available job opportunities.

PESO Abuyog extends its heartfelt gratitude to all participating employers, partner agencies, and everyone who supported the conduct of this activity. We also commend all job seekers who took the opportunity to participate and pursue their employment goals.

Register an account and complete online application form
✅Payment Reciept
With Reference Number, as proof of payment
✅Old NBI Clearance (for renewal)
✅Barangay Certification and Oath of Undertaking (for First-Time Job Seekers Only)
