During the activity, they also opened opportunities for communication, understanding, and trust with the residents they encountered along the way.

at about 10:00 AM of June 1, 2026, PMAJ GLENN M. DULAY, Officer-in-Charge of Laoac Municipal Police Station, led a dialogue held at the Farmer's Multi-Purpose Building, Poblacion, Laoac, Pangasinan. The activity was attended by Hon. Mayor Ricardo D. Balderas, Barangay Officials together with their respective councils, Presidents of Senior Citizens Associations, and Barangay Health Workers (BHWs). The activity served as a venue to strengthen coordination and collaboration among the Philippine National Police, the Local Government Unit, and other stakeholders in addressing peace and order concerns, crime prevention, public safety, and community-related issues. During the dialogue, PMAJ DULAY discussed various crime prevention measures, anti-illegal drug and anti-illegal gambling campaigns, and encouraged the active participation of community leaders in maintaining peace and order within their respective barangays. The activity also provided an opportunity to address prevailing community concerns and identify appropriate interventions to ensure the safety and security of residents. The activity ended at about 11:00 AM of the same date with positive and productive results.

PMAJ GLENN M DULAY, Officer-In-Charge, conducted a Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) session for all personnel of this station. The session focused on crime prevention strategies, safety tips, operational plans, and programs. Additionally, discussions covered the proper wearing of uniforms (Tamang Bihis) and reinforced awareness of the duties and responsibilities of PNP personnel and recap of peace and order performance of Laoac MPS personnel.
Personnel were also reminded to remain alert, cautious, and extra vigilant at all times.

DULAY, Officer-in-Charge of Laoac Municipal Police Station, conducted a Barangay Visitation and Dialogue with the Punong Barangay, Barangay Kagawads, Community Volunteer Organization (CVO) members, and Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) of Brgy. Calmay, Laoac, Pangasinan. The activity aimed to strengthen coordination and partnership between the Philippine National Police and barangay stakeholders in promoting peace and order, public safety, and community security. During the dialogue, issues concerning crime prevention and public safety were discussed, and participants were encouraged to promptly report suspicious persons and incidents in their area. Moreover, PMAJ DULAY conducted an information dissemination campaign on the government's Anti-Illegal Drugs and Anti-Illegal Gambling Programs, along with other crime prevention and road safety measures. He emphasized the importance of community participation in maintaining peace and order and reminded the participants to observe traffic laws, avoid distracted and impaired driving, and ensure vehicle roadworthiness.

The activity aimed to further strengthen the partnership and coordination between the Philippine National Police and barangay stakeholders in promoting peace and order, public safety, and community development. During the dialogue, various concerns affecting the barangay were discussed, particularly those related to crime prevention, public safety, and community security. PMAJ DULAY also encouraged the participants to remain vigilant and actively support police programs through timely reporting of suspicious persons, activities, and incidents within their area.
Moreover, PMAJ DULAY conducted an information dissemination campaign on the government's Anti-Illegal Drugs and Anti-Illegal Gambling Campaigns, including other crime prevention and public safety measures. He emphasized the harmful effects of illegal drugs and gambling on the community and discussed the importance of strengthening community participation in maintaining peace and order. Likewise, he provided road safety reminders and vehicular traffic incident prevention tips, such as strict observance of traffic laws, avoiding distracted and impaired driving, ensuring vehicle roadworthiness, and exercising caution while on the road. The Barangay Officials, CVOs, and BHWs were encouraged to maintain close coordination with the PNP to help ensure a peaceful, orderly, safe, and crime-free community.
