𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘: 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐧

The Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE-BARMM) informs the public that the Ministry will implement an adjusted work arrangement across all its offices in the region beginning March 12, 2026.

Under this arrangement, MOLE-BARMM’s Regional Office and all Field Offices will operate on-site from Monday to Thursday, while Fridays will be observed under a Work-From-Home (WFH) setup.

MOLE Basilan Field Office participated in the Learning Assessment of Weaving Emerging Active Voices (WEAVE Project) for Peace and Stability in the Bangsamoro, in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT) of Australian Government and The Asia Foundation who implemented a project on Strengthening Civil Society Organization (CSO) as the project ended last February 15, 2026.

The Nagdilaab Foundation Inc. NFI Basilan gathered LGUs, CSOs and Partner Agencies for a Project Year End Assessment as to gather outcomes or impact based on project objectives and goals.

Ministry of Labor and Employment Basilan Field Office participated in the Stakeholder's Consultation for the Finalization of the Basilan Rubber and Coffee Industry Roadmaps under the EU-funded BAEP-CRESCENT Project, in partnership with the Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism-Basilan Provincial Office. Held at Kasinnahan Hotel and Resort, Brgy. Binuangan, Isabela City last February 9 and 10, 2026 for Rubber Industry and February 11-12, 2026 for Coffee Industry.

This activity aims to gather the inputs of key stakeholders across the value chains to help guide the strategic development of rubber and coffee industry at the provincial level.

MOLE-BARMM is mandated to bring informal workers such as farmers into the economy by registering their associations. Through this, they will gain legal identity and allowing access to access government grants.
