programa ng Provincial Government of South Cotabato- Integrated Provincial Health Office - IPHO South Cotabato sa pakikipagtulungan ng Department of Health Center for Health Development XII, Philippine Business for Social Progress at MARADECA Inc. at sa pakikipag ugnayan sa LGU Lake Sebu- Municipal Health Office.

Ito po ay gaganapin sa ating bayan sa mga sumusunod na araw:

February 12, 2024: Brgy. Talisay
February 13, 2024: Brgy. Luhib
February 14, 2024: Brgy Lamfugon (1 team)

Layunin ng regular na programang ito na paigtingin ang kampanya kontra Tuberculosis at mabigyan ng serbisyong medical para sa pagbibigay lunas sa sakit na TB.

Iniimbitahan ang lahat na interesado:
✓15 taong gulang pataas
✓contacts of TB patients
✓Senior Citizens
✓Diabetics
✓Smokers
✓Healthcare workers

Maari po kayong makipag ugnayan sa inyong Barangay Midwife o Nurse.

Mga dapat tandaan ng mga pasyente:
1. Magpalista sa inyong midwife/ Nurse
2. Magdala ng alcohol at ballpen para sa pag fill up ng form.
3. Pumila ng maayos na naayon sa inyong iskedyul, para maiwasan ang kumpulan.
4. Antayin ang inyong pangalan na matawag.
5. Sumunod sa mga alituntunin ng lokal na pamahalaan sa pag sasagawa ng aktibidad.
7. Magdala ng inuming tubig para hindi ma dehydrate.
