𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | As DMMMSU observes Holy Week, the University will adopt adjusted work arrangements on 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, following 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨 𝐍𝐨. 𝟑𝟏𝟕 to allow personnel time for prayer and reflection.
A 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦-𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 will apply to 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥, and 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬 in all operating units.
To ensure the continuity of essential services, 𝐂𝐎𝐒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐎 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 will report on-site under a 𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
At the same time, 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 such as 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥, and 𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 will remain on their 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.
Operating Units are directed to observe 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲-𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬, particularly by keeping 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟𝐟 during this period.
All offices will close from April 1 to 5, 2026. Operations will resume on April 6, 2026.
