We are proud to present the newly elected officers of the Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) for School Year 2026–2027. These outstanding student leaders will serve as champions of youth-driven initiatives, policies, and programs that strengthen student leadership and encourage meaningful learner participation across the division.

With a strong commitment to service, these officers will lead projects and activities that promote the holistic development of learners. Their leadership aims to empower students to become value-driven, career-oriented, culturally grounded, and socially responsible individuals.

Through the Learner Government Program, we continue our mission to nurture Filipino youth who embody the core values of Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Maka-Kalikasan, and Maka-Bansa. These values guide the formation of highly skilled, responsible, hardworking, and empowered citizens who are ready to contribute positively to society.

Student leaders from across the division gathered at the Koronadal Central Elementary School II Audio-Visual Room for the Federated Elections of the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) on March 10 and the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) on March 11.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐇 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐈 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲

A celebration of youth empowerment, collaboration, and leadership! Nine student leaders from the Koronadal City Division proudly represented our division at the Learners’ Convergence Philippines 2025, the largest gathering of learners, youth leaders, and education stakeholders in the country. With the theme “ : Boses Mo, Bukas Natin,” the event featured the National Career Expo and intensive sessions that strengthened their leadership skills in project pitching, resolution-making, and parliamentary procedure.

This experience allowed our young leaders to connect with fellow delegates nationwide, discover their potential, and deepen their commitment to meaningful service. As they bring home new knowledge and inspiration, we look forward to how they’ll continue to lead with integrity, passion, and purpose. 💪🇵🇭

This remarkable event is more than just an opportunity—it's a journey of growth, learning, and connection. Our young leaders, brimming with enthusiasm and dedication, engaged with peers from all over the country, gaining insights and honing their leadership skills. They represented our division, bringing back valuable experiences and fresh ideas to inspire and uplift our school community.

They participated in breakaway sessions, including Youth Formation, School Health, School Sports, Disaster Risk Reduction Management, and the Learner Rights Protection Office. These sessions provided them with insights and practical knowledge to enhance their leadership skills

𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 I 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗛𝗦

The Koronadal City Division through the Youth Formation Division hosted a two-day Learners Leaders Convergence event, which brought together student leaders from various schools in the city. The event began with a lively socio-cultural night, emphasizing unity and celebrating the rich cultural diversity of the community. This allowed student leaders to connect through shared experiences, setting a positive and inclusive tone for the event.

On the second day, the focus shifted to educational and developmental discussions aimed at enhancing leadership skills and awareness of critical issues. A key highlight was a session on the Bawal Bastos Law, presented by Atty. Rustan Jay L. Famado, which provided a comprehensive overview of the law and stressed the importance of privacy and safety in the digital age. This convergence aimed to holistically develop student leaders by blending cultural appreciation with practical learning, preparing them to bring their newfound knowledge and advocacy skills back to their schools and communities.

𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗜 | 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟬-𝟭𝟭

Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2014 titled Constitution and By-Laws of the Supreme Pupil and Supreme Student Government, this Division, through the Youth Formation Program Unit – School Governance and Operations Division conducted the 2nd Student Leadership Development Training last February 10 - 11, 2023 at Bacongco National High School.

The 2-day comprehensive training provided the student-leaders an avenue to gain knowledge about Parliamentary Procedure and as well as to develop skills in writing Resolutions. The students were also reminded of their obligations according to their position in serving the students and their school. Moreover, considered as the highlight of the event, the search for the Mr. and Mrs. SSG 2023 was also conducted.

During the training, introduction and demonstration of Parliamentary Procedure were led by Valentine C. Dignadice Jr., Principal IV, Koronadal National Comprehensive High School (KNCHS) School Head, and KNCHS – Supreme Student Government. In addition, Marites D. Togonon, Secretary of Sangguniang Panlungsod, was the guest speaker leading the training on Composing Resolutions. Lastly, Mark Frendy Carbon, SSG Adviser of Marbel 7 National High School, reinstated the roles and responsibilities of being an SSG Officer.

On the surface, the training provided the student-leaders the opportunity to improve their sense of leadership, maximize their skills and encourage them to initiate projects and advocacies.
