The Professional Regulation Commission - Regional Office XII announces the guidelines for the September 2026
Licensure Examination for Social Workers in Koronadal City.
Examination Venues:
Korbel Foundation College, Inc. – Purok Spring Uno, Brgy. Morales, Koronadal City
PRC XII CBLE Testing Center – Brgy. Concepcion, Koronadal City (Landmark: Ecofuel Gasoline
Station)
Mary Mount School of Koronadal - Baldostamon St., Brgy. Zone IV, Koronadal City
Kings College of Marbel, Inc. – Brgy. Morales, Koronadal City
Required Items and Documents for Exam Days
1. Notice of Admission
2. Two or more No. 2 pencils
3. Ballpens with BLACK INK ONLY
4. One (1) piece long brown envelope
5. One (1) piece long transparent (non-colored) envelope for keeping valuables and other permitted items.
6. Pack snacks, meals, and necessary medications, including hygiene and sanitary kits, in transparent
containers or cellophane, and bring enough drinking water for the day. Proctors or room watchers must
not allow anyone, including food delivery services, to give or distribute food to examinees during the
exam.
Prohibited Items Inside the Examination Premises
1. Books, notes, review materials, and all other printed items containing coded data, information, or
formulas.
2. ALL KINDS OF CALCULATORS
3. Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches, cell phones, earplugs, Bluetooth transmitters, portable
computers, and other electronic devices that may be used to store or retrieve data or information or
to communicate for any purpose.
4. Bags of all kinds (ladies& #39; bags, shoulder bags, attaché cases, backpacks, etc.).
5. Other examination aides not included in the board program
Examinees are strongly advised NOT TO BRING ANY PROHIBITED ITEMS onto the exam premises.
Merely possessing any prohibited item will be presumed to constitute “intent to cheat” or a “violation
of exam rules and regulations,” as outlined in PRC Memorandum Order No. 57, series of 2020.
NOTE: Personal belongings brought by an examinee are the examinee& #39;s responsibility. The PRC is not
liable for any lost items or personal belongings during the exam unless the loss is due to its fault or
negligence.
What to Wear on Exam Days
Male examinees should wear a white-collared polo shirt (without any seal, logo, or mark), along
with decent pants or slacks.
Female examinees should wear a white blouse or collared shirt (without any seal, logo, or mark),
along with decent pants, slacks, or a skirt.
General Instructions for Examinees
1. Check your school or building assignment on the PRC official website (www.prc.gov.ph) two to three
working days before the exam. Make sure to visit your assigned building before the exam day.
2. Report to your assigned school or building before 5:30 A.M on the first day of the exam to confirm your
room and seat numbers. Be punctual. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
3. The procedures for conducting bodily searches, inspecting examinees& #39; personal belongings, and seizing
or confiscating prohibited items during the licensure examination, as outlined in Annex A of PRC
Memorandum Order No. 57, series of 2020, must be strictly followed.
4. Before entering the examination premises, each examinee must submit to and agree to a search of their
person or belongings. If prohibited items are found, they will be held in the Commission& #39;s custody for
investigation until a final, enforceable decision is made.
5. Examinees are not permitted to leave the exam room during the test, except to use the restroom.
6. Loitering and unnecessary conversations in hallways or exam rooms are prohibited.
7. Upon entering the exam room, examinees must bring their pre-packed meals, snacks, and water to their
assigned seats.
8. Food packages, water, or beverage bottles or containers must be transparent.
9. Dispose of waste properly in the designated bins to maintain cleanliness in the examination area.
10. Examinees and exam staff must comply with the minimum health standards set forth in DOH Circular
No. 0324 (s. 2023) during the exam.
11. Read the instructions in your NOTICE OF ADMISSION carefully and follow them.
12. Cheating and all other prohibited acts, as outlined in Memorandum Order No. 57, series of 2020, that
compromise the integrity and credibility of the licensure examination will be addressed.
