Through the Council of Elders Leaders of TINPO and Barangay Council of LGU-Tinongdan and in coordination with NCIP - Itogon Community Service Center, a General Assembly is scheduled on MARCH 12, 2024 (Tuesday) at Barangay Covered Court, Keweng, Tinongdan.

This is to discuss the following agendas, to wit:

1. RATIFICATION of the Local Guidelines for the Mandatory Representative of IPs to the Barangay Tinongdan Local Government Unit

2. Preparation / Signing of a Resolution Request of NCIP's Approval to Proceed for the Selection of the Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR) to the Sangguniang Pambarangay of Barangay Tinongdan.

ICCs / IPs of the Barangay are encouraged to attend said assembly.

Note: The QUORUM of this IP Assembly shall constitute those who will attend and be present, regardless of their numbers. While those who will not participate are considered to have given their consent and agreement on any decisions made during this IP Assembly, as well as waived their rights to vote or be voted upon.
