Narito ang ilang simpleng hakbang para alagaan ang mental health ni Nanay:

Maglaan ng "Me Time": Mag-ukit ng kahit \(15\) hanggang \(30\) minuto araw-araw para sa sarili. Gawin ang mga nakakarelaks na aktibidad tulad ng pagbabasa, pag-inom ng kape nang tahimik, o panonood ng paboritong palabas.

Humingi ng Tulong: Hindi kailangang gawin ni Nanay ang lahat ng gawaing-bahay nang mag-isa. Hati-hati ang gawain sa pamilya o humingi ng tulong sa asawa at mga anak.

Sapat na Tulog at Pahinga: Ang kakulangan sa tulog ay nagdudulot ng stress at iritabilidad. Sikaping matulog ng \(7\) hanggang \(8\) oras gabi-gabi at matulog nang kaunti sa hapon kung kinakailangan.

Kumain ng Masustansya: Ang tamang nutrisyon at regular na ehersisyo ay nakakatulong magpalabas ng 'happy hormones' na nagpapaganda ng mood.

Makipag-ugnayan sa Iba: Huwag ikulong ang sarili. Makipag-usap sa mga kaibigan, kapwa magulang, o sumali sa mga support group upang maibahagi ang mga nararamdaman.
