In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 96 from the office of the President, work in ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES shall be suspended from 1:00 PM onwards on September 22, 2025 (Monday), to allow workers to celebrate the KAINANG PAMILYA MAHALAGA DAY pursuant to Proclamation No. 326 (s.2012).

The NBI Clearance and Identification Center (NCIC) is currently upgrading its computer server to ensure the operational reliability of our online services and clearance processing. As a result, there will be a delay in the release of Clearance Certificates, particularly for clearance applications made on April 25, 2025. The new release date will be on May 5, 2025.
