A successful conduct of the Serbisyo Fair 2026 at Barangay Igcocolo was made possible through the collective efforts of our LGU Offices, volunteers, barangay officials of Barangay Igcocolo, and the unwavering support of our beloved Mayor, Jennifer Garin Colada and our Sangguniang Bayan Members headed by Vice Mayor Chrsitine Garin.

Residents of the said barangay and the nearby barangays including Sipitan-Badiang, Camangahan, and Bacong were able to access various government services closer to home, making public service more accessible, efficient, and meaningful for every Guimbalanon.

🔹 Structural Details
- Wall Stem Height: 8.00 m reinforced concrete stem designed to resist lateral earth pressure.
- Footing Width & Depth: 6.50 m wide footing with 2.00 m embedment below road level for stability.
- Reinforced Steel Bars: High-strength bars (e.g., D25 @ 150 mm c/c) provide bending resistance and shear strength.
- Shear Key: Integrated at footing width to prevent sliding and enhance soil-structure interaction.

🔹 Soil & Anchorage
- Backfill Soil: Red clay with unit weight of 19.5 kN/m³, compacted for slope stability.
- Internal Earth Anchor System: Tie-back anchors with 15.00 m rod length, grouted bond length for stronger anchorage.
- Weathered Rock Layer: Provides natural bearing support beneath the foundation.

🔹 Drainage & Road Safety
- Weep Holes & Drainage Blanket: Prevent hydrostatic pressure buildup behind the wall.
- Compacted Base Course: Ensures roadway durability and load distribution.
- Slope Stability & Roadway Safety: Engineered to protect against erosion, sliding, and roadway collapse.
