The primary objectives of this meeting are as follows:

1. Team Member Verification ✅: To ensure accurate and up-to-date team rosters for fair and competitive play.

2. League Concerns & Discussions 🗣️: To provide a platform for addressing and discussing any concerns, suggestions, or issues related to the league's operations, rules, and overall experience.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Dongsol is thrilled to announce the official match schedule for tomorrow! 🎉 Please take note of the following details:

• Date: Sunday, October 26, 2025 🗓️

• Venue: Brgy. Dongsol Open Court📍

• Match Schedule:

◦ 3:00 PM: Team Proper 🆚 Team Ilaya Hoopers ⏰

◦ 4:00 PM: Team Wasalak 🆚 Team Hatchery ⏰

◦ 5:00 PM: Team Ilaya Ballers 🆚 Team Peace & Order ⏰

• Important Reminders:

◦ Default Policy: A 15-minute grace period will be strictly observed. Teams arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled game time will be defaulted. ⏳

◦ Ball Specifications: Orange balls 🟠 are designated for warm-up sessions. Brown balls 🟤 will be used for official gameplay.

Please be advised that a mandatory meeting and sports clinic is scheduled for October 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the Barangay Hall. 📍 Coaches, assistant coaches, and team captains are encouraged to attend this clinic.

Kindly note that teams that have not settled their registration fees by the deadline of October 24 will not be eligible to participate in the league. ⚠️
