Examinees for the March 8, 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) in Iloilo City are reminded that the following are two different testing schools:

⚠️ Important Reminder:
INHS and ICNHS are separate schools and are located in different districts of Iloilo City. Please make sure to go to the exact testing center indicated in your Notice of School Assignment which can be accessed through ONSA

EXAMINATION ADVISORY

The Civil Service Commission Field Office – Iloilo informs all examinees and test administrators of the March 8, 2025 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) assigned at Iloilo National High School that the school is currently conducting its Placement Examination today (Saturday). Because of this, access to the campus for ocular visits or checking of room assignments may be limited earlier in the day.

Those who intend to visit the venue today are advised that the school may be more accessible starting around 4:00 PM onwards.

For tomorrow (Sunday), please be advised that heavy traffic is expected in the area since the CSE-PPT will be conducted simultaneously with the College Admission Test of West Visayas State University, whose campus is located across Iloilo National High School.

All examinees and test administrators assigned at this testing center are strongly advised to leave early and arrive at the venue ahead of time to avoid possible delays due to the expected traffic.

DJSMMC Receives CSC PRIME-HRM Bronze Award

Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo – January 12, 2026 — The Don Jose S. Monfort Medical Center (DJSMMC) was conferred the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award by the Civil Service Commission in recognition of its compliance with Maturity Level II – Process-Defined Human Resource Management System.

The award was formally presented by Director Andre L. Ladigohon, Concurrent Assistant Regional Director of CSC Regional Office VI and Field Director of CSC Field Office Iloilo, during awarding rites held at the medical center. The plaque of recognition and CSC Resolution conferring the PRIME HRM Bronze Award were received by Dr. Mariano Hembra, Medical Center Chief of DJSMMC.

The PRIME-HRM Bronze Award signifies that the institution has established and documented standard human resource systems and procedures that are consistently implemented, promoting meritocracy, professionalism, and efficiency in public service.

In his message, Director Ladigohon emphasized that while institutional systems and recognitions are important, public service remains the core purpose of government service, and that the interest of stakeholders—the Filipino people—must always reign supreme.

The recognition places DJSMMC among government health institutions committed to strengthening governance and improving service delivery through effective and professional human resource management.

The extension period for the application to the March 8, 2025 CSE-PPT will officially close tomorrow, December 5, 2025. This is the last day for all interested applicants to secure their appointment and submit their application.

We strongly advise everyone who still intends to apply to book an appointment immediately, as available slots are nearly filled.

CSE-PPT APPLICATION PERIOD EXTENDED

The acceptance of applications for the Civil Service Eligibility – Pen and Paper Test (CSE–PPT) scheduled on March 8, 2026 officially concluded on November 28, 2025, following the application period set from November 3 to November 28, 2025.

However, due to the suspension of work brought about by recent typhoons and episodes of inclement weather affecting several days within the application period, the Commission has allowed an extension to accommodate affected applicants.

For the Iloilo Testing Center, the application period is extended until December 5, 2025, or until all available slots are filled, whichever comes first. Once all slots have been taken, the acceptance of applications will automatically close.

We encourage interested applicants to secure a slot by booking an appointment through the CSC eServe: services.csc.gov.ph
