MOBILE REGISTRATION SERVICE GOES TO BARANGAY SAN RAFAEL, MANDURRIAO ✨

The Birth Registration Assistance Program offered by the Iloilo City Civil Registry Office will extend its services to Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao, Iloilo City on August 28, 2026 (Friday).

We offer the following services:
Free birth registration, legitimation, acknowledgment, supplemental reports, and correction of entries.

For individuals without a birth certificate, please bring a valid ID that includes your date of birth.

If your birth, marriage, or death certificate contains an error, please provide a copy from the PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority).

Subong nga adlaw, ginasaulog naton ang ika-89 nga tuig sang Iloilo City bilang chartered city, lapit siyam ka dekada sang padayon nga pagpaniguha sang aton pinalangga nga Syudad sang Iloilo.

With this year’s theme, “89 Years of Progress Toward a Better Iloilo City for All,” ginakilala naton ang kolektibo nga kusog kag pag-alagad sang mga Ilonggo. Halin sa aton kasaysayan kag kultura, tubtob sa mga bag-o nga oportunidad kag inisyatibo, padayon naton nga ginatukod ang Iloilo City nga resilient, inclusive, sustainable, kag handa mag-atubang sa palaabuton.

Sa kada Ilonggo nga nagabulig sa pag-uswag sang syudad, ikaw ang istorya sang Iloilo. Madamo gid nga salama sa imo.

GET YOUR PSA PAPERS AT CITY HALL

On Aug 10-11, 2026 from 8am to 5pm, you can process your documents at City Hall grounds in Plaza Libertad through the City Civil Registry Office (CCRO) Mobile Civil Registration Service Outlet.

You may also request a representative to claim on your behalf by bringing the complete requirements.

Please refer to the poster for details.

The initiative of bringing the services closer to the public is part of Charter Day celebration this month.

Love knows no boundaries, and today, 45 beautiful love stories became one unforgettable celebration!

On August 5, 2026, 45 couples from Barangay Ingore, La Paz officially began a new chapter in their lives through a successful Free Mass Wedding, held exclusively for the constituents of the barangay.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to City Mayor Raisa S. Treñas for her unwavering support in strengthening families and communities, and to City Councilor Miguel S. Treñas, the Father of the Free Mass Wedding, for his vision and dedication in making this meaningful program possible.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our City Councilors, our dedicated City Civil Registrar, Cherie J. Ampig, for gracing this meaningful occasion, and to Barangay Captain Charity N.
