Celebrating Linggo Ng Kabataan 2024 in Brgy. Ubbog, Sinait, Ilocos Sur with Sangguniang Kabataan of Baranggay Ubbog, Pacis, Quibit-quibit, Calingayan, Sapriana, and Cadanglaan, in line with the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015. This event leads Kabataan to have positive socialization and communication.

True leadership is founded on a strong sense of patriotism, and engagement fuels it. We contribute to a larger vision by dedicating ourselves to our roles with passion and integrity, thereby uplifting our communities. To all who joined in, your active participation has made this program a pleasure and success, as well as the SK members of the Brgy.
