The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Municipality of Bantay, the NAPOLCOM Provincial Office headed by Ms. Mary Jane C. Cacanindin, personnel from the PRO1 Regional Logistics and Research and Development Division, religious leaders, project representatives, members of the Ilocos Sur Media Press Corps, and other distinguished guests.
