Itab Integrated School successfully conducted its 2nd Moving-Up and Graduation Ceremony for School Year 2025–2026 with the presence of distinguished guests and education leaders.

We are honored by the attendance of OIC-SDS Virginia C. Amogan-Batan, CESO VI, together with Ma'am Gina M. Attaban, PSDS, who joined in the confirmation of our graduates and moving-up completers. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Hon. Gaspar B. With gratitude and pride, we warmly welcomed our esteemed leaders β€” OIC-Schools Division Superintendent Virginia C. Amogan-Batan and her team, Public Schools District Supervisor Gina M. Attaban, and Provincial Board Member Hon. Gaspar B. Chilagan, Jr. β€” for a delightful breakfast buffet set against the breathtaking scenic view of Itab Rolling Hills.

The meaningful gathering marked more than just a warm welcome; it became a moment of connection, collaboration, and shared commitment to excellence in education. We are deeply honored and privileged by the gracious and unexpected visit of Hon. Ricky B. Uchayan to our school. His presence brought a sense of pride and excitement to our campus, as he took the time to personally engage with our faculty through warm conversations and meaningful exchanges.

Day 2 of the Youth Development Session (YDS): Leadership Skills Enhancement with Career Guidance began with an energizing morning exercise and grooming activity led by the facilitators, setting a positive and active tone for the day.

The morning session continued with an informative discussion by Barangay Nurse Rowena T. Maayon on Mental Health Awareness: Youth Risky Behaviors, helping learners understand the importance of emotional well-being and making responsible life choices. This was followed by a meaningful talk from Micah Joy N. Mahener, Project Development Officer II of DSWDO–Municipal Action Team (MAT) Aguinaldo, who shared valuable insights on Basic Financial Literacy, guiding learners on the importance of managing money wisely at an early age. In addition, Ma’am Khenny Pasaraba Chunanon non, HRMO III, provided an engaging discussion on Career Guidance, encouraging learners to explore their interests, set future goals, and make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

In the afternoon session, learners gained essential life-saving knowledge through briefing on Fire Safety Tips and CPR conducted by the Aguinaldo Municipal Fire Station (MFS) representative. This was followed by an Anti-Terrorism Awareness Campaign shared by the 1501st MC RMFB 15, promoting awareness and vigilance among the youth for community safety and security.

The day concluded with a meaningful evening bonfire activity, guided by the facilitators, which provided an opportunity for learners to bond, reflect, and strengthen camaraderie.

Our sincere appreciation is also extended to the Barangay Officials β€” Jonathan H. Allawag, Ben Binnay-o, Richard Bojno, and Eric O. Olanio, as well as the Barangay Tanods β€” Alex Castro, Alex Bojno, Joseph Wangag, Lad-o and Abel Bimmactad, for their generous support in providing the wood needed for the bonfire and assisting in the cooking preparations. Your support greatly contributed to the success of the activity.

🌟 Empowering Young Leaders for the Future! 🌟 β€” DAY 1

Today, our learners actively participated in the Youth Development Session (YDS): Leadership Skills Enhancement with Career Guidance, facilitated by the Youth Development Section headed by Ms. Everlyn G. Bastian, LYDO I, under the Municipal Mayor’s Office. This meaningful activity was conducted in collaboration with the 1501st MC RMFB 15, 2nd IPMFC Posnaan Base, Youth Mobile Force–Aguinaldo Chapter, and KKDAT Alfonso Lista.

The activity officially opened with a warm welcome from Sir Hockmar B. Batuna, the School Head’s representative, who encouraged everyone to actively participate and make the most of the learning opportunities prepared for the 3-day sessions. This was followed by the message of Ms. Maedelyn Lumiwan, the Mayor’s representative, who delivered the message on behalf of the Municipal Mayor, emphasizing the importance of leadership and responsible youth participation in community development.

The session was further enriched by the inspiring and thought-provoking message of the Keynote Speaker, Hon. Chamson M. Changoy, who encouraged our learners to pursue their dreams and prepare for a brighter future through leadership, discipline, and responsible decision-making.

Adding to the valuable learning experience, Sir Domingues from MPS Aguinaldo shared an informative talk on Basic Self-Defense and Safety Tips, equipping learners with practical knowledge and awareness on how to protect themselves and stay safe in different situations.

Our heartfelt gratitude is also extended to the Barangay Officials who generously supported the activity: Jomar B. Olanio (Chairman on Education), Eric U. Olanio (SK Chairman), and Joseph Wangag (Barangay Tanod) for their valuable assistance in the cooking preparations. Your support greatly contributed to the success of this event.

Today, our learners gained valuable knowledge about Pinggang Pinoy through an Information Education Campaign (IEC) conducted by Barangay Nurse Rowena T. Maayon, together with Barangay Midwife Divina M. Martin.

This activity helped our learners understand the importance of eating balanced and nutritious meals through the proper food portions recommended in Pinggang Pinoy
and guided them in making better food choices for a healthier lifestyle.

The school welcomed personnel from the Division Office for a site visit and validation at Itab Integrated School and Napo Extension. The activity aimed to assess and verify the school sites in compliance with existing requirements.

During the visit, the team conducted an on-site validation, including a drone aerial survey, to accurately inspect the school grounds and boundaries. Necessary documents were also reviewed to ensure proper land documentation. The school marker and Certificate of Land Donation were formally delivered in recognition of the generosity of the land donor.

The school expressed gratitude for the Division Office’s support in strengthening its legal foundation and continued development.
