1. Instr. Vivian Segobre, Student Org. Adviser - Service Award for COS/Part-time Faculty;

2. Dr. Julius Vergara, Dean/Campus Director - Plaque of Recognition for being the Outstanding Researcher (Junior Category) and Service Award for Faculty with Designation;

3. Daverose Gallego, Alumni - Service Award for COS Non-Teaching Personnel;

4. Louren Joy Escaza, Alumni - Service Award for COS Non-Teaching Personnel; and

5. Instr. Reynro Herrera, SAS/Extension Coordinator - Certificate of Recognition for his outstanding achievement and invaluable passion for innovation, research, and development
