𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢. 𝟬𝟱𝟰, 𝗦. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 l SB in Action; Progress in Motion

In response to the request of the Office of the Municipal Mayor, the Sangguniang Bayan, headed by Hon. Vice Mayor Sherryl Anne C. Gaspar, ratified a resolution adopting the Farm-to -Market Roads Network Plan for 2025-2028 of the Municipality of Gonzaga, Cagayan, paving the way for progress and productivity.

Indeed, when officials unite, success follows.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢. 𝟱𝟯, 𝗦. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 l SB IN ACTION: Promoting Peace and Order through Accessible Public Service

The Sangguniang Bayan ng Gonzaga headed by Honorable Vice Mayor Sherryl Anne C. Gaspar, through the sponsorship of Hon. Sangguniang Bayan Member Eliseo C. Alibania, Jr. , passed a resolution requesting the Regional Civil Security Unit 2, Philippine National Police Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, to conduct a License to Own and posses fi****ms (LTOPF) Caravan at Gonzaga, Cagayan.

Qualified and interested residents of Gonzaga, Cagayan, as well as the interested residents from neighboring municipalities, may processed their applications.

Tentative Schedule : March 25-26, 2026
Venue: Gonzaga People's Gymnasium

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢. 𝟱𝟮, 𝗦. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 l To lessen the burdens of the parents especially the learners from Sitio Bagsang going to Sta. Clara Elementary School(Main) , the School Principal of Sta. Clara Elementary School with the guidance and support of the Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Maribel R. Serafica, requested the assistance of this Sanggunian for the establishment of Bagsang Elementary School at Sitio Bagsang, Sta.Clara, Gonzaga, Cagayan.

Anent to this, the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Honorable Sherryl Anne C. Gaspar adopted a resolution for the said request.

To facilitate immediate repairs and improvement of school buildings/facilities in the municipality of Gonzaga, the Sangguniang Bayan under the leadership of the Honorable Vice Mayor Sherryl Anne Gaspar adopted a resolution authorizing our beloved Mayor, Engr. Rellie S. Dalmaceda, AE, to enter into a MOA with the Department of Education for the implementation of the Basic Education Facilities program in this municipality.

The Sangguniang Bayan of Gonzaga, Cagayan, under the leadership of the Honorable Vice Mayor Sherryl Anne C. Gaspar requested the Honorable Governor "Manong Egay" to allocate funds for the construction of a statue of the late Senator Juan Ponce Enrile as a lasting symbol of gratitude and respect for his leadership, vision, and commitment to public service.

In an effort to address the prevailing issues concerning the road right-of-way affecting the residents of Barangay Minanga, Gonzaga, Cagayan, the Sangguniang Bayan of Gonzaga, under the leadership of Vice Mayor Sherryl Anne C. Gaspar, formally undertook representations before the Provincial Governor of Cagayan, the Honorable Edgar B. Aglipay, requesting the opening and construction of a road within Barangay Minanga, Gonzaga, Cagayan.

In response thereto, the Honorable Provincial Governor expressed a favorable disposition toward the request and further assured the Sangguniang Bayan of the inclusion of additional development programs for the Municipality of Gonzaga. These include the grant of Five Million Pesos (₱5,000,000.00) under the No Municipality Left Behind program, as well as the provision of an amphibious backhoe to support local infrastructure and development initiatives.
