Inter-agency/ Civic Basketball League meeting was conducted last June 13, 2025 at 9:30AM together with Commissioner Bernard Basa. The primary purpose of the said meeting is to set guidelines and mechanics and plot the schedule of the games for the Civic / Inter-agency Basketball League in the celebration of Kalton Festival 2025. Participating groups are the following:
CAAP, Pastors, CFC, PS7, AVSEU, MSU, GATC, Cebu Pacific, and Night Market Vendors.

On June 25, 2025, a meeting was called to settle the misunderstanding and disgreements among competing teams of Transport Basketball League. Misunderstanding that arise from the competition as well as from the confusion and misinterpretation of the requirements, criteria, guidelines and mechanics of the game were thoroughly discussed and resolved during this meeting.

Leaders and representatives of different Muslim sectors of muslim communities together with the Ustadzes from six (6) Madaris schools gathered again for the third time on June 10, 2025 at 9:30AM to finalize the events of Musabaqah Kassa. The group was able to come up with the list of events and contests for the celebration. At the same time, participants of the said meeting were also assigned to different working committees.

A meeting was set for the leaders of different sectors of Muslim community as well as Ustadzes who are representatives of different Madaris schools to discuss the details and finalize the plan for the celebration of Musabaqah Kassah on July 12-13, 2025, and Cultural Day Celebration on June 14, 2025. This meeting was facilitated by yours truly, Hon. Nhor Reyes Modin together with Chief Mohamad Alamada, head of BFOMA-Fatima.

1st RDC Barangay Captain's Cup Basketball League commenced last June 01, 2025 as the opening program for the preliminary events for Kalton Festival 2025 Celebration. Fourteen (14) teams of Transport Group have participated in the said event, namely: BDO Toda, NASA Toda, Prk 11B Toda, Prk 2 Toda, TS Toda, Carcisia Brothers Toda, Upper Tambler 1 Toda, Sassie Toda, MSU Riders Toda, SPMT Toda, PC Toda, Prk 11 Toda OTS, and EPMT Toda.

The event was started with a motorcade from. MSU Sarimanok down to Barangay Fatima Open Gymnasium followed by an opening program. Highlight during the event were the messages of support from Hon. Ryde E. Petaca, SB Member and Chairperson of Kalton Festival 2025, which was followed by the group's Oathbof Sportsmanship and the Ceremonial Toss led by Hon. Orlando Alboroto, SB Member and the Focal Person of Men's Association-BLGU Fatima.

Fourteen (14) TODA Presidents who have submitted their entries for Basketball Tournament were invited for a meeting on May 29,2025 (Tuesday) at 9:00 in the morning at Barangay Fatima Session Hall. Important matters were discussed especially on the following agenda:
1. Guidelines and mechanics of the Basketball Tournament
2. Schedule of the games
3. other matters related to transport issues and concerns.

Invited as co-presiders during this meeting were Hon. Ryde R. Petaca, SB Member and Chairperson of Kalton Festival 2025, Ms. Layca Jane Curit, SK Secretary, and Mr. Basa, Com/ Official Referee.

A meeting last May 20, 2025 was conducted by yours truly, HON. NHOR POCH REYES MODIN with the TODA Presidents in preparation for the Transport Sportsfest on Kalton Festival 2025 .
Highlights of the said meeting is the discussion of the guidelines, requirements and mechanics in the composition of the teams for the Basketball Tournament. The meeting was participated by thirty (30) TODA presidents.

Mr. Arnel E. Antiporada, Principal of Upper Tambler 2, called for a coordination meeting of different sectors who will be actively involved in the forthcoming Election Day on May 12, 2025. This meeting was attended by Peace and Order, Health and Sanitation and Transportation committees of BLGU Fatima, with the other sectors of school community. A meeting together with BFOMA head, Mr. Mohamad Alamada called a meeting of different Muslim sectors and organizations together with the representative of IPMR, Mr. Noel Ubo was set last April 10, 2025 to discuss about the initial plan for the incoming Cultural Day on Kalton Festival 2025 on July 14, 2025. This Cultural Day will highlight the Indigenous People (Lumad) and Bangsamoro Culture, Tradition and Festivities. The meeting was highly productive collaborative. The positive engagement of sector representatives has contributed significantly to the success of this meeting.
