𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙣: 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙨𝙮𝙤, 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙩 𝙇𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙩!

The LGU Maitum, in partnership with the Provincial Government of Sarangani, Provincial and Municipal Task Force ELCAC, and partner agencies, brought essential government services closer to the people of Barangay Batian through the second leg of the Dumanon Kailian Program and Serbisyo Caravan.

Residents availed themselves of free medical consultations, laboratory services for pregnant women, food packs, community feeding, free haircuts, seedlings, and maintenance medicines for senior citizens, bringing essential services and assistance directly to the community.

The activity also provided two beneficiaries with Quad Canes, offering additional support for mobility and daily living.

Personnel from TESDA, led by their team, also conducted a demonstration on solar light installation, providing residents with practical knowledge and skills on alternative lighting solutions.

Barangay Batian is also a recipient of the ₱5-million Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP) in 2024, which was utilized for the construction of a one-storey school building, Phase II.
The project provides a safer, more conducive, and comfortable learning environment for students, helping support their education and overall development.

In her message, Ms. Usop, representative of the Provincial Task Force ELCAC, emphasized the importance of bringing government services closer to the people:

“Sa pamamagitan ng Serbisyo Caravan, nais nating ipakita na ang pamahalaan ay laging narito—handa makinig, tumulong, at maghatid ng serbisyo sa bawat pamilya at komunidad.”

SERBISYO CARAVAN PARA SA SARANGAN BRINGS GOVERNMENT SERVICES CLOSER TO LUN MASLA,MALAPATAN SARANGANI PROVINCE

The Provincial Task Force ELCAC, in partnership with the Municipal Task Force ELCAC Malapatan and the Local Government Unit of Malapatan, successfully conducted the Serbisyo Caravan Para sa Sarangan on September 10, 2026, at Barangay Lun Masla, Malapatan, Sarangani Province.

The activity brought various government programs and services closer to the constituents of Lun Masla, providing them with accessible assistance and valuable information right in their community.

Present during the activity were Ms. Lizette Lopez, ELCAC Focal Person, Mr. Jojo Lim,MTF ELCAC Malapatan Focal Person and Mr. Jaime Balanag Jr., Municipal DILG representative, together with Hon. Salway D. Sumbo Jr., Municipal Mayor of Malapatan, and representatives from various national and provincial government agencies.

Among the participating agencies and activities were:

🔹 BFP – fire safety tips and awareness
🔹 LTO – transport-related services and assistance
🔹 Provincial Health Office – health services and assistance
🔹 OPAg – agricultural programs and services

🔹 Ronda Probinsya – provision of free medicines for senior citizens

The Serbisyo Caravan reflects the continuing commitment of the Provincial Government of Sarangani, Provincial Task Force ELCAC, Municipal Task Force ELCAC Malapatan, and the LGU Malapatan to bring essential government services closer to the people—especially those in communities that need them most.

Municipal Task Force ELCAC Malapatan Coordination Meeting I Sept. 3, 2026

The Municipal Task Force ELCAC of Malapatan conducted a coordination meeting in preparation for the upcoming Serbisyo Caravan to be held in the following barangays:

Barangay Lun Masla – September 10, 2026
Barangay Tuyan – September 15, 2026
Barangay Poblacion – September 18, 2026

The meeting was attended by the Punong Barangays of the three host barangays, DILG Provincial Director Mr. Ian Jon Clemente, Ms. Lizette Lopez, ELCAC Focal Person, a representative from Ronda Probinsya sa Barangay, and Hon. Salway Sumbo, Municipal Mayor.

The coordination focused on strengthening collaboration and ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of the Serbisyo Caravan, particularly in terms of preparations, logistics, coordination, and delivery of government services to the communities.

Mayor Salway Sumbo expressed his full support and commitment to the activity, emphasizing the importance of bringing essential government programs and services closer to the people and ensuring a coordinated and meaningful delivery of services in the participating barangays.

𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙣 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝘾𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣 I August 20, 2026

The Provincial Task Force ELCAC, in partnership with the Municipal Task Force ELCAC of Malungon, successfully brought essential government services closer to the residents of Barangay Kinabalan, Malungon, Sarangani Province through the Serbisyo Caravan.

The activity provided various services and assistance from partner agencies, including:

• DTI – BN and BMBE registration, business counseling, and information advocacy
• Ronda Probinsya – Free maintenance medicines for senior citizens and free haircut
• PTF ELCAC – Distribution of 500 food packs
• Provincial Health Office (PHO) – Turnover of canes, crutches, and walkers; physical therapy assessment, hearing aid assessment, and artificial leg assessment
• OPAG – Distribution of vegetable seeds, soybeans, and rat killers
• BFAR – Distribution of 1,000 tilapia fingerlings
• PVET- Distribution of Powder Multivitamins, and rabies vaccine
• DAR – Awarding of CLOA titles and assistance on condonation
• AFP/BFP– Free haircut and dental services
•PNP- Provides security and area clearing
•MHO- Free check-up, medicines and YAKAP Registration

During the activity, the Municipal Administrator Mr. Jessie A. Dela Cruz and Provincial ELCAC Focal Person Ma’am Lizette Lopez acknowledged and expressed appreciation to all partner agencies for their continued support in bringing government services directly to the communities.

Also present were the Barangay Council, headed by Punong Barangay Lourdes Celin, and Ms. Kimberly Tuanzon, representative from DILG XII, who explained the rationale and importance of the Serbisyo Caravan.

The Provincial Officer of PDEA SarGen also emphasized the importance of educating the youth and strengthening community awareness in preventing and avoiding illegal drugs.

Meanwhile, OIC Provincial Director of DILG Sarangani Mr. Ian Jon Clemente highlighted the upcoming Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP) project in Barangay Kinabalan. The barangay is set to become an SBDP beneficiary and will receive ₱10 million worth of development support.

The Serbisyo Caravan reflects the commitment of the Provincial and Municipal Task Forces ELCAC and their partner agencies to make government services more accessible, particularly to communities that need them most.

August 18, 2026 I 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙖𝙨𝙠 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝙀𝙇𝘾𝘼𝘾 𝙆𝙞𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙖 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙣

The Municipal Task Force ELCAC Kiamba conducted a preparatory meeting for the upcoming Serbisyo Caravan scheduled on August 28, 2026 at Barangay Datu Dani, Kiamba, Sarangani Province.

The meeting focused on strengthening coordination, finalizing preparations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of government services to the community, particularly in bringing essential services closer to the people.

Present during the meeting were representatives from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Municipal Planning and Development Office, and the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Datu Dani.

This initiative is part of the continuing efforts of the Municipal Task Force ELCAC Kiamba, in support of Executive Order No. 70, to promote peace, development, and accessible government services for the people of Kiamba.
