Please be advised that the PVAO Pension for the month of April 2026 will be credited on the following dates:

AFPSLAI, AUB, DBP, PVB | April 16, 2026 (Thursday)
AMWSLAI, CWSLAI, LBP, MAYBANK | April 17, 2026 (Friday)

However, pensioners with blocked pension accounts due to non-updating of living status and other reasons may view their account balances, but no pension credit will be posted until their pension status has been updated and cleared.

We would like to inform you that the 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 of the 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗩𝗛𝗠𝗖𝗣), previously managed by the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC), have been 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 to the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗩𝗔𝗢), pursuant 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟱 dated 02 March 2026.

This transition aims to ensure more efficient, responsive, and timely processing and payment of medical assistance for our veterans and their eligible dependents.

In line with this, a 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗩𝗔𝗢–𝗩𝗠𝗠𝗖 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 is currently being conducted, alongside other preparatory activities, to facilitate a smooth and orderly transition. PVAO has also been directed 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗛𝗠𝗖𝗣 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, with technical assistance from VMMC, including the identification of partner private hospitals and medical facilities.

We sincerely apologize for the delays and inconveniences experienced by our clients. We respectfully ask for your continued patience and understanding as we complete this transition. Please be assured that the disbursement of pending medical assistance claims is expected to resume as soon as the transition process is finalized.

In line with Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025, declaring 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) as a special (non-working) holiday in observance of Chinese New Year, the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) and all its Field Service Offices will be 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲.

Regular office operations will resume on February 18, 2026 (Wednesday).

Please be informed that the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) will implement a one-time deduction of 𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘀 (𝗣𝗵𝗽 𝟱𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬) on 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 to cover the 𝗩𝗙𝗣 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Upon deduction, affected members shall be considered 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 with the VFP and shall be 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 provided by the Federation.

Please note that this advisory applies exclusively to PVAO pensioners who are current members of the VFP. Please be reminded that 𝗩𝗙𝗣 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆.
