We, the members of CAPAZCEPA Fraternity and Sorority entreating the aid of the divine providence in order to firmly establish an organization that shall embody our ideals promote Fraternity & Sorority foster sympathetic understanding, mutual help, cooperation & solidarity among ourselves, support our government in its development programs, prepare youth for better citizens by improving th

eir leadership & inculcate in us those time honored principles of democracy, justice, decency, morality and fairness, do hereby promulgate and adapt this constitution
