Embarking a special day and new chapter to one of the steadfast employee in the Municipal Government of Don Carlos, Ms. Merlyn B. Otero, who has dedicated 36 years and five months in services as Assessment Clerk II under the Office of the Municipal Assessor.

A Salamat-Mabuhay Program was held to celebrate the 65th Birthday and Retirement of the celebrant duly attended by the Municipal Vice Mayor and now Acting Mayor, Hon. Segundo D. Absuelo Jr., together with the heads of offices, colleagues and family members at the Multi-purpose Hall, Municipal Building, Don Carlos, Bukidnon.
