LOOK: A remarkable chapter comes to a close as Dr. Arturo A. Parilla Jr., Municipal Health Officer of Dipaculao, Aurora since 1989, officially retires after more than three decades of unwavering service. His retirement marks a meaningful milestone in the life of a dedicated public servant who has made a lasting impact on the community’s health and well-being.

The Local Government Unit of Dipaculao, together with Honorable Mayor Danilo A. Tolentino, Konsehal Alan F. Tolentino, Konsehal Johnny Q. Cachuela, and Bokal Yam Tolentino—who also spoke on behalf of Governor Reynante A. Tolentino—joined the celebration with heartfelt messages honoring Dr. Parilla’s dedication and legacy.

Colleagues from the Municipal Health Office (MHO), Department of Health (DOH), friends, and family came together to express their gratitude and celebrate his lifelong commitment to public health. The event served not only as a send-off but as a tribute to his professionalism, compassion, and leadership.

This celebration also highlighted the LGU’s commitment to recognizing long-serving employees and encouraging excellence in public service—an inspiring reminder of the difference one person can make through decades of loyal service.

Tinitiyak po namin ang mas pinaigting na koordinasyon at agarang aksyon para sa kaligtasan ng publiko.

Ang Provincial Health Office ng Aurora, at ang Department of Health (DOH), katuwang ang bawat munisipyo sa lalawigan, ay patuloy na nagtutulungan upang mapigilan ang pagkalat ng Mpox.

Muli po, maging mapanuri, sundin ang itinakdang health protocols, at suportahan ang mga hakbangin ng pamahalaan para sa isang mas ligtas at malusog na komunidad.

The orientation covered familiarization with the LGU, including its organizational structure—introducing the hierarchy, departments, and key personnel. It also featured discussions on the LGU’s mission, vision, and values to help employees understand its purpose and guiding principles. A brief overview of the LGU’s history and current undertakings was presented to provide context and appreciation of its progress. Participants were also oriented on CSC rules and regulations applicable to local government employees, the Code of Conduct outlining ethical expectations, and the importance of knowing their job descriptions and individual accountability.
