MENDOZA JR., Chief of Police, served as Guest Lecturer / Resource Speaker during the Capability Training of Barangay Officials, BHWs, BPATs, and Barangay-based workers of Brgy. Gupa, Dipaculao, Aurora held at Brgy. Hall, Brgy. Gupa.

The said activity aims to empower barangay frontliners, especially BHWs and BPATs, in addressing gender-based violence and to strengthen partnership between PNP and barangay in protecting the welfare of women and children.

In line with the Department of Education's continuing commitment to ensure the safety and preparedness of learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, parents, and other stakeholders during emergencies and disasters, personnel of Dipaculao Municipal Police Station under the supervision of PMAJ EDUARDO S. MENDOZA JR., Chief of Police, together with 2nd Aurora Provincial Mobile Force Company (2nd APMFC), served as Evaluators during the National Simultaneous Safety Drill on September 3, 2026 at about 9:00 AM at Dinadiawan Elementary School, Brgy. Dinadiawan, Dipaculao, Aurora.

The activity was jointly conducted with Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) - Dipaculao Fire Station, MDRRMO Dipaculao, Barangay Officials, BPATs, and faculty of Dinadiawan Elementary School, and was participated by hundreds of learners from Kindergarten to Elementary.
