The team Forgerce are beyond grateful to represent their project 40RCE2FORGE: A WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN Barangay Malinao, Tubajon Dinagat Islands in IPRUN 11_ National Finalist in which the team acquire a special award. We are also happy to share the story that our community beholds and the hopes that we ignite during the project implementation. On the contrary, this whole activity wouldn't be possible without the cooperation of the stakeholders from Brgy. Malinao, the youth and the community. Together, let's help build a healthier and more resilient Philippines.

The Youth are converting their plastic waste into useful products to which this actions fosters a strong sense of commitment and unity by empowering them to actively contribute to environmental sustainability and community well-being through collective action. PROJECT 4ORCE24ORGE: A WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The team Forgerce would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude towards the participants, which is the youth of Malinao and also to the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) officials for the recent training sessions/seminars conducted as part of youth engagement activity held at Barangay Hall of Malinao last July 19, 2024.

The event centered around commitment sessions, collaboration and brainstorming into practical applications. The said activity aims to foster a sense of responsibilitites within the youth of Malinao to take over and be the forefront of change. Together let's help build a healthier and more resilient Philippines.

In Malinao, the youth are at the forefront in our latest initiative; waste reduction and environmental protection. They've not only raised awareness but have also planted seeds of hope and responsibility in the hearts of their fellow residents. Malinao stands grateful for the invaluable contributions of its youth, recognizing them as catalysts for a more sustainable and resilient tomorrow with passion and purpose, they're leading the charge, rallying their peers and community members to take action.

Together, we're forging a path in protecting our environment and for generations to come.

Team 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙚, from IP RUN11 had recently concluded an awareness campaign “𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙮𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙒𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣”, held on June 06, 2024 at Brgy. Malinao Gymnasium, Tubajon Dinagat Islands.

The core team had extended their members as they grow bigger in numbers. From a four (4) man core, to eleven (11) great youth advocates. As they stick to their core purpose, Team Forgerce once again, burns and ignites towards making an impact as the frontier of climate actions battling climate change.

With fervor and dedication, Team Forgerce has championed the empowerment of youth and children, igniting a movement where young minds are not just the leaders of tomorrow, but the change-makers of today, driving impactful initiatives for waste reduction and environmental protection.
