The Provincial Legal Office, through the *Remedy sa Hustisya Program*, proudly took part in the National Women’s Month Caravan 2026—championing women’s rights and promoting accessible justice for all.

As part of this initiative, the Provincial Legal Office rendered free drafting and preparation of legal documents to the community at Kulyamihan Gymnasium, Cagdianao, Province of Dinagat Islands. These included affidavits such as Affidavit of Loss, Affidavit of Guardianship, Affidavit of Solo Parent, Joint Affidavit for Out-of-Town Delayed Registration of Birth, Joint Affidavit of Two Disinterested Persons, as well as free notarization of Job Order Contracts, Annex B-2, Special Power of Attorney, and other legal concerns.

Together with Assistant Provincial Legal Officer, Atty. Ritchel S. Catani, and Provincial Legal Assistant, Atty. Christine Jill S. Castro, we continue to bring legal services closer to the community—making remedies more accessible to those in need.

Uplifting Women Through Legal Remedies

In celebration of "National Women’s Month 2026", the Provincial Legal Office, through its Remedy sa Hustisya program, proudly extended *Free legal and notarial services* to the community of the Municipality of Basilisa held at Doña Helene Gymnasium, Basilisa, Province of Dinagat Islands.

Along with our Ass’t Provincial Legal Officer, Atty. Ritchel S. Catani, and Attorney III, Atty. Den Krystian C. Basadre, we have rendered free notarial services such as Affidavit of Out-of-Town Deleyed Registration of Birth with Corroboration, Joint Affidavit of Two Disinterested Persons, Affidavit of Discrepancy, Affidavit of Unemployment, Affidavit of Solo Parent, Affidavit of Loss, COS, Special Power of Attorney and any other legal concerns.

This initiative reflects our continued commitment to make justice more accessible, especially for women who need guidance, protection, and support.

Together, we stand for equality, empowerment, and the right of every woman to be heard.
