New Agrarian Emancipation Act
The definition chapter in the government's social justice agenda begins with the historic enactment of the new Agrarian Emancipation Law (Republic Act. No. 11953) that finally grants full ownership of awarded lands to Agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) through the condonation of all land amortization.

With the presence of RDC Govenor Hon. Nilo P. Demerey, Jr. and on behalf of Congressman Hon. Alan Uno Ecleo and Vice Governor Hon. Benglen B. Ecleo with the presence of Provincial Board Member Ali P. Adlawan the committee chair of agriculture.

Mipahigayon ang Impact Audit Team o IAT nga pinangulohan ni PCOL ERCY NANETTE P MADRIAGA, Deputy Director, CPSM og Impact Validation for Institutionalization Stage of Performance Governance System sa Dinagat Islands Police Provincial Office nga gipahigayon sa NEWS MPC Function Hall, Brgy Poblacion, San Jose, Dinagat Islands niadtong Mayo 10, 2023. Ang PGS adunay Governance Pathway nga gibahin sa upat (4) ka ang-ang, nga mao ang: Initiation Stage; Compliance Stage; Proficiency Stage; and Institutionalization Stage.

Anaa ang presensya ni Governor Nilo P. Demerey, Jr sa maong kalihokan. Si PCOL RUBEN B DELOS SANTOS, Officer-In-Charge sa DIPPO ang nagpresentar sa performance governance reporting ug naghisgot sa kasaysayan sa DIPPO, sa mga kalampusan niini, best practices, ug sa PGS breakthrough (crime efficiency, crime incident, and crime solution).
Nagpahigayon usab ang IAT og focused group discussion (FGD) uban ni PCOL DELOS SANTOS, Gobernador Demerey, Jr., mga miyembro sa Provincial Advisory Council (PAC), ug uban pang stakeholders.
